Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

An electrical outlet/junction box is broken in the mop room and a panel box cover is bent so that the box is partially open.

Potential rodent harborage areas on the exterior of the building perimeter observed by the dock area due to leaves and by the dumpsters due to some debris on the ground.

Raw eggs are stored over ready to eat food items in the reach in cooler at the cook line.

Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was * ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required.
