Disorderly Conduct – A 25 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on Dec. 29, 2020 at 11:42 p.m. on the 700 block of North 5th St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 47 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on Dec. 30, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. on the 200 block of East Cumberland St.

DUI, Drug Possession, Careless Driving – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Careless Driving have been filed against James Barlow, a 33 year old West Lebanon Twp. resident, after police allege Barlow was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle while the vehicle engine was running and the transmission was in gear. This occurred on Nov. 13, 2020 at 5:50 p.m. at North 12th St. and Lehman St. Barlow is accused of having THC in his blood at the time of the incident.

Theft – A charge of Theft has been filed against Jose Rosado, a 57 year old Lebanon resident, after investigation into a theft that occurred on Dec. 10, 2020 at 3:15 p.m. on the 600 block of North 7th St. Police accuse Rosado of taking possession of a woman’s purse after the Victim forgot the purse in a shopping cart. Rosado is alleged to have taken the purse with no intention of locating the owner of the property and kept it as if it was his own.

Protection From Abuse Order Violation – Michael Cruz-Morales, a 28 year old South Lebanon Twp. resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on Jan. 1, 2021 at 4:18 p.m. on the 400 block of Maple St. Cruz-Morales is accused of making contact with the 30 year old Victim of the PFA. The Victim was not injured as a result of the contact. Cruz-Morales was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Burglary, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats – Eurys Linares-Reinoso, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Burglary, Simple Assault (domestic violence-related), and Terroristic Threats after an incident on Dec. 31, 2020 at 10:32 p.m. on the 600 block of Cumberland St. Linares-Reinoso is accused of forcing entry into the 35 year old Victim’s apartment and assaulting her by throwing her to the floor and kicking her, causing minor injury. He also threatened to kill her before police could arrive. Linares-Reinoso was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Heidelberg Township

Fatal Accident – On Jan. 9, 2021 at 8:18 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2017 Honda Accord, driven by Operator 1, Tyler Horst, a 22 year old Newmanstown man, was traveling south on SR 897, near its intersection with Duquesne Dr. in Heidelberg Twp. Unit 1 was traveling south directly behind a commercial vehicle. Unit 1 attempted to pass the commercial vehicle directly in front of it and entered the northbound lane in a no-passing zone. Unit 1 subsequently hit Unit 2, a 2017 Nissan Titan, driven by Operator 2, a 79 year old New Holland man, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 62 year old New Holland woman, head-on as Unit 2 was traveling northbound. Unit 1 then spun counterclockwise before coming to final rest, facing south in the southbound lane of travel. Unit 2 continued traveling north before hitting a utility pole. Unit 2 came to final rest, on the right side of the roadway facing northwest. Operator 2 and Passenger 1 were extricated by mechanical means and were transported to the Hershey Medical Center by Schaefferstown EMS. Operator 2 sustained suspected serious injuries as a result of this crash. Passenger 1 sustained suspected minor injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was pronounced deceased on scene by the Lebanon County Coroner’s Office, inside of Unit 1. Unit 1 and Unit 2 were towed by Gilles Miller Towing. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Schaefferstown Fire and EMS.

North Lebanon Township

Simple Assault, Intimidation Of A Witness – Timothy Salem, a 55 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Simple Assault and Intimidation of a Witness after an incident that occurred on Jan. 6, 2021, at his residence.

Indecent Assault, Corruption Of Minors – Scott Guillory, a 52 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors after an incident that occurred on Jan. 2, 2021, at his residence.

North Londonderry Township

Disorderly Conduct – On Jan. 8, 2021 at 9:14 p.m., this incident occurred on South Forge Rd. and Buttonwood St. North Londonderry Twp. police have cited a 19 year old Elizabethtown man with Disorderly Conduct following a traffic stop in which Lavin was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Retail Theft – On Jan. 9, 2021 at 1:32 p.m., this incident occurred at Wal-Mart. Nancy Krick, a 59 year old Palmyra resident, was charged after she switched more expensive boots to a cheaper box, resulting in a loss of approximately $59.00.

Swatara Township

Simple Assault – On Jan. 8, 2021 at approximately 3:26 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 300 block of South Lancaster St. in Swatara Twp. for a domestic-related incident that occurred between brother and sister. Upon arrival, troopers learned that the man punched his sister in the head and face multiple times with a closed fist, causing visible injuries. The man was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault. All charges were filed within MDJ 52-3-03. The Arrestee was a 20 year old Lebanon man. The Victim was an 18 year old Lebanon woman.
