City of Lebanon

Scattering Rubbish – A 52 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Scattering Rubbish on April 12, 2021 at 10:05 a.m. on the 500 block of South Lincoln Ave.

Disorderly Conduct – A 40 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on April 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. on the 500 block of Gannon St.

Public Drunkenness – A 44 year old Lebanon woman and a 24 year old Lebanon woman have been cited for Public Drunkenness on April 15, 2021 at 1:50 a.m. on the 300 block of North 5th St.

Criminal Mischief – A 25 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Criminal Mischief on April 7, 2021 at 5:51 a.m. at 3rd St. and Guilford St. The man is accused of damaging a tire on the Victim’s car. Total loss to the Victim is $37.10.

Public Drunkenness – A 44 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on April 13, 2021 at 8:05 p.m. on the 1,300 block of Cumberland St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 19 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on April 18, 2021 at 3:00 a.m. on the 600 block of Maple St.

Public Drunkenness – A 26 year old Reading man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on April 18, 2021 at 2:41 a.m. on the 900 block of Cumberland St.

DUI, Accident Involving Damage To Attended Vehicle Or Property, Careless Driving – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, and Careless Driving have been filed against Mario Rodriguez Fernandez, a 45 year old Lebanon resident, after a minor traffic accident on March 7, 2021 at 1:06 a.m. at 8th St. and Lehman St. Police allege Rodriguez refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test.

Criminal Trespass, Public Drunkenness – William Bowman, a 58 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Criminal Trespass and Public Drunkenness on April 16, 2021 at 6:05 a.m. on the 00 block of South 8th St. He was taken into custody and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

PFA Violation – Anthony Reed, a 25 year old Harrisburg resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order Violation on April 18, 2021 at 12:10 a.m. on the 00 block of Maple St. Reed is accused of having contact with the 23 year old Victim in violation of the PFA. The Victim was not injured as a result of her contact with Reed. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. Reed was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief – Mario Camacho, a 33 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Mischief after an incident on April 18, 2021 at 12:53 a.m. on the 500 block of North 8th St. Camacho is accused of punching the 29 year old Victim several times, causing injury to her face. She also had an abrasion on her legs from falling to the ground. Camacho is alleged to have punched the Victim’s car, causing damage estimated to be $500.00. Camacho was taken into custody and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats – Justin Sholly, a 25 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with two counts of Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and two counts of Terroristic Threats after an incident on April 18, 2021 at 11:07 a.m. on the 200 block of South 8th St. Sholly is accused of waving a metal bat at the Victims and threatening to return to the house and shoot both the 47 year old Victim and the 27 year old Victim. The Victims were not injured as a result of their contact with Sholly. Sholly was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

North Lebanon Township

Endangering The Welfare Of Children, Disorderly Conduct – Kayla Vadovsky, a 29 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of Children and Disorderly Conduct after an incident that occurred on the Wal-Mart lot, located at 1355 East Lehman St. in Lebanon, after an incident that occurred on Feb. 8, 2021.

North Londonderry Township

Disorderly Conduct – On April 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., a Lebanon woman was cited for Disorderly Conduct at Penn State Health Group, located at 941 Park Dr., after it was alleged that, as she was leaving the building, she spit on a nurse.

Retail Theft – On April 17, 2021 at 1:29 p.m., North Londonderry Twp. police department filed charges against Mary Sullivan, a 60 year old Hershey resident, for her involvement in an accident that took place at Wal-Mart, located at 100 North Londonderry Sq. in Palmyra, Sullivan was observed failing to pay for items and attempting to leave the store with the unpaid-for merchandise. Sullivan took a total of five items valued at $50.98. Sullivan was charged with one count of misdemeanor retail theft.

Disorderly Conduct – On April 19, 2021 at 6:06 p.m., this incident occurred on the 1,300 block of East Main St. A 46 year old Lancaster woman was cited for Disorderly Conduct in connection with an investigation that occurred on April 19, 2021.

Retail Theft – On April 19, 2021 at 2:37 p.m., North Londonderry Twp. police have cited Kassandra Severino, a 19 year old Lebanon resident, with Retail Theft following an investigation at the Palmyra Wal-Mart, where she failed to pay for $86.23 of merchandise.

DUI, Hit And Run, Failure To Drive On The Right Side Of The Roadway – On March 24, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., this incident occurred on the 1,100 block of South Forge Rd. and 1,300 block of South Forge Rd. Sydnor Harrison III, a 38 year old Palmyra resident, was charged with DUI, Hit and Run, Failure to Drive on the Right Side of the Roadway, and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic in connection with two traffic crashes. At about 1 p.m., Harrison struck a mailbox in the 1,300 block of South Forge Rd. while traveling north, and failed to remain at the scene. At about 3 p.m., Harrison was traveling south in the 1,100 block of South Forge Rd. and crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a northbound vehicle. Harrison’s BAC was .21%.

Vehicle Accident – On April 17, 2021 at 11:47 a.m., Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, an 84 year old Palmyra woman, struck the rear of Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 52 year old Mount Joy man. Both vehicles were traveling south on South Forge Rd. at Londonderry Blvd. with Operator 2 stopped in the lane of travel, waiting to turn left. Operator 1 looked away from the roadway and struck the rear of Unit 2. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. Operator 1 is to be cited for Careless Driving. Operator 2 is to be cited for Driver’s Required to be Licensed as their license had expired in Feb. of 2021.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle Accident – On April 14, 2021 at approximately 3:21 p.m., this three-vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Horseshoe Pike and South Forge Rd. The accident occurred when Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 43 year old Palmyra man, struck Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 70 year old Palmyra man, and then Unit 2 struck was pushed into a trailer towed by a vehicle, Unit 3, driven by Operator 3, a 31 year old Palmyra man, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 43 year old Palmyra man. All involved refused medical transport on scene. Unit 1 and Unit 2 were towed from the scene. Operator 1 was cited for Safe Speeds and Roadways Laned for Traffic.

Vehicle Accident – On April 13, 2021 at 12:24 p.m., the South Londonderry Twp. police department was dispatched to the 400 block of Royal Rd. for a motor vehicle collision involving a parked car. Police arrived and made contact with the Operator, a 78 year old Palmyra woman. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Police were assisted by the Campbelltown Fire Company and Doug’s Transport.
