City of Lebanon

Disorderly Conduct, Harassment – A 25 year old man with no permanent address, has been cited for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment on April 21, 2021 at 8:25 a.m. on the 00 block of South 9th St.

Criminal Mischief, Harassment – A 22 year old Palmyra man has been cited for Criminal Mischief and Harassment on April 9, 2021 at 7:26 a.m. on the 200 block of South 10th St. He is accused of breaking a $70.00 light fixture on the front porch of the Victim’s residence.

Trespass – A 50 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Trespass on April 29, 2021 at 4:52 p.m. on the 300 block of North 11th St.

Trespass, Criminal Trespass, False Identification To Law Enforcement – Shane Harnish, a 35 year old Morris resident, has been cited for Trespass on May 2, 2021 at 7:01 a.m. on the 600 block of Chestnut St. This incident was reported after the following incident but occurred prior to the following incident. Harnish had been charged with Criminal Trespass, False Identification to Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct, Defiant Trespasser, and Public Drunkenness on May 2, 2021 at 8:11 a.m. on the 100 block of South 6th St. Harnish was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Harassment – A 38 year old North Cornwall woman and a 34 year old Lebanon man have been cited for Harassment after an incident on April 23, 2021 at 8:03 a.m. on the 400 block of North 4th St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 21 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music from a vehicle) on April 30, 2021 at 6:34 p.m. on the 400 block of North Gannon St.

Trespass – A 13 year old Lebanon male and a 15 year old Lebanon male have been cited for Trespass on April 14, 2021 at 1:56 p.m. on the 700 block of Cumberland St.

Public Drunkenness, Drug Possession – A 34 year old Grantville woman has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on May 3, 2021at 2:30 p.m. on the 00 block of North 7th St.

Theft From A Motor Vehicle, Access Device Fraud, Receiving Stolen Property – Julian Hernandez, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Theft from a Motor Vehicle (two counts), Access Device Fraud (two counts), and Receiving Stolen Property for incidents occurring on April 22, 2021 and April 24, 2021 on the 400 block of North 11th St. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Possession Of A Firearm Prohibited, Reckless Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct – Greg Jefferson, a 40 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Possession of a Firearm Prohibited, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Disorderly Conduct, and Discharging Firearms after an incident on April 25, 2021 at 12:03 a.m. on the 00 block of North 9th St. Jefferson was refused entry into an establishment; he is alleged to have returned to his vehicle and discharged two or three rounds from a handgun, and then drove from the scene. A police officer was near this location and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Jefferson was operating. He was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle was conducted at a later time; police allege two handguns were recovered from the interior of the vehicle. One of the handguns matched the caliber used in the incident. Jefferson was arraigned the night of the incident at LCCB by MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail. No one was injured during this incident.

Possession With Intent To Deliver A Controlled Substance, Drug Possession – Amanda Bradford, a 38 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 26, 2021 at 1:01 a.m. on the 500 block of South 12th St. Bradford was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. She was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

PFA Order Violation – Joshua Whitman, a 34 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on April 28, 2021 at 8:49 p.m. at 7th St. and Willow St. Police allege Whitman called and texted the 32 year old Victim multiple times on her cell phone, even while she was with police making the report. Whitman was located in the City of Lebanon and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Simple Assault – Justin Sholly, a 25 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on April 29, 2021 at 6:49 a.m. on the 00 block of North 6th St. Sholly is accused of striking the 31 year old Victim multiple times on her head and face, causing minor injury. Sholly was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.

PFA Order Violation – Charges of a violation of a Protection From Abuse Order has been filed against Marcos Irizarry, a 50 year old Allentown resident, after making phone contact with the 47 year old Victim on her cell phone on April 26, 2021 at 4:20 p.m. He is alleged to have threatened harm to the Victim during the phone call. He has also been charged with Terroristic Threats after an incident on April 26, 2021 at 6:20 p.m. on the 800 block of Quentin Rd. He is accused of threatening to burn down the property of the 81 year old Victim through verbal contact on a cell phone and also via text messaging. Irizarry has not been located.

Cornwall Borough

DUI – Joe Avaritt, Jr., a 57 year old Mountville resident, has been charged with Driving Under the Influence as the result of an accident on March 21, 2021 at 8:08 p.m. on Burd Coleman Rd. He is also charged with Driving Under Suspension, Careless Driving, and Driving an Unregistered Vehicle.

DUI – Angel Mercado-Ocasio, a 39 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Driving Under the Influence as the result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of Cumberland St. in Lebanon during a DUI Roving Patrol on Jan. 22, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. He is also charged with a Windshield Obstruction violation.

Myerstown Borough

DUI – On May 4, 2021 at 11:26 p.m., this crash occurred on West Washington Ave. as the Suspect was in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.

North Lebanon Township

Retail Theft, Identity Theft, False Identification To Law Enforcement – Charles Marsh, a 65 year old North Carolina resident, was charged with Retail Theft, Identity Theft, and False Identification to Law Enforcement after an incident that occurred on May 2, 2021 at the Lebanon Wal-Mart. He failed to pay for $221.00 worth of merchandise and used the identity of another person.

Retail Theft – Jackson Martin, a 22 year old Palmyra resident, was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on April 25, 2021, after failing to pay for $239.00 worth of merchandise.

Retail Theft, Conspiracy – Michael Flanagan, a 22 year old Jonestown resident, and Kathy Flanagan, a 56 year old Jonestown resident, were charged with Retail Theft and Conspiracy after an incident that occurred at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on April 26, 2021, after failing to pay for merchandise totaling $154.00.

Reckless Endangerment, Criminal Mischief – Earnest Brightbill, a 69 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Recklessly Endangering and Criminal Mischief, after firing from his residence striking an adjacent property on April 15, 2021.

Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault – David Maldonado, a 39 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Simple Assault after an incident that occurred on April 29, 2021 on West Brookfield Dr.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle Accident – On April 27, 2021 at 4:24 p.m., the South Londonderry Twp. police department was dispatched to the area of Horseshoe Pike and South Forge Rd. for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Police learned that two vehicles had been involved in the collision. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. A 19 year old Hershey woman was cited for Following Too Closely. The other party involved was a 17 year old Lebanon female.

Vehicle Accident – On April 27, 2021 at 4:40 p.m., officers responded to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Horseshoe Pike and South Larkspur Dr. The vehicle struck two signs. The driver was released after evaluation by Life Lion EMS. South Londonderry Twp. police department was assisted by the Campbelltown fire department.

Vehicle Accident – On April 25, 2021, the South Londonderry Twp. police department was dispatched to the 2,200 block of South Forge Rd. for a report of a single-vehicle motor vehicle crash. It was determined that the Operator, who was identified as a 21 year old Manheim man, had lost control of his vehicle and had struck a utility pole. South Londonderry Twp. police department was assisted by the Campbelltown fire company and the Campbelltown fire police as well as Lawn EMS.

Swatara Township

Vehicle Accident – On May 5, 2021 at 11:31 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2018 Mazda Mazda 3, driven by Operator 1, and Unit 2, a 2007 Toyota Matrix, driven by Operator 2, were traveling northbound on SR 72. Unit 1 was traveling behind Unit 2 when Operator 1, for an unknown reason, did not observe Unit 2 slowing down for traffic conditions ahead, causing Unit 1 to rear-end Unit 2. Both Operators were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash and reported no injuries. No airbags were deployed as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Following Too Closely. Operator 2 was cited for Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked. All Operators were issued a Non-reportable Drivers Exchange Report and an Application to Receive a Copy of the Crash Report on scene.

Union Township

Vehicle Accident – On April 20, 2021 at 3:54 a.m., this crash occurred in the Love’s Truck Stop parking lot, located at 22 Old Forge Rd. in Union Twp. This crash occurred as Operator 1 was backing Unit 1, a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia, into a parking stall. While backing into a parking stall, the trailing portion of Unit 1 struck the front end of Unit 2, a 2020 Kenworth T680, driven by Operator 2. Unit 1 sustained no damage as a result of this crash, the trailing portion of Unit 1 sustained no damage as a result of this crash, and were able to be driven from the scene in their normal customary manner. Unit 2 sustained mild damage to its front passenger’s side bumper at the 1 o’clock position. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Limitations on Backing.

West Lebanon Township

Retail Theft – Aleyda Disla-Beato, a 42 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Retail Theft at Boscov’s in the Lebanon Valley Mall on April 26, 2021, after failing to pay for $508.00 worth of merchandise.
