Disorderly Conduct With A Motor Vehicle – A 23 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle (loud music) on May 13, 2021 at 11:08 a.m. at 9th St. and Chestnut St.
Harassment – A 46 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on May 16, 2021 at 7:03 p.m. on the 300 block of North 5th St.
Harassment – A 50 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on May 19, 2021 at 12:58 p.m. on the 400 block of North 2nd Ave.
Disorderly Conduct With A Motor Vehicle – Isaac Santiago, a 20 year old Lebanon resident, has been cited for Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle on May 20, 2021 at 1:02 a.m. on the 200 block of Cumberland St.
Harassment – A 61 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on May 20, 2021 at 3:24 p.m. on the 500 block of South 9th St.
Disorderly Conduct With A Motor Vehicle – A 35 year old Jonestown woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle on May 17, 2021 at 11:17 p.m. on the 500 block of Cumberland St.
Harassment – A 30 year old Myerstown woman has been cited for Harassment on May 7, 2021 at 7:50 p.m. on the 700 block of Cumberland St.
Harassment – A 19 year old Newport man has been cited for Harassment on May 6, 2021 at 4:39 p.m. on the 300 block of Oaklyn Rd.
Jackson Township
Theft, Drug Possession, Flight To Avoid Apprehension – This incident occurred on May 21, 2021 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. On May 21, 2021 at approximately 12:00 p.m., PSP Jonestown station received a phone call from a citizen who reported that their vehicle was missing from the 700 block of East Lincoln Ave. in Jackson Twp. On Star was utilized to locate and ultimately shut down the vehicle, which was found in Elizabeth Twp. in Lancaster County. Further investigation revealed that the Suspect drove the vehicle to the 400 block of East 28th Division Highway in Elizabeth Twp. in Lancaster County, before getting a flat tire and On Star shutting down the vehicle. The Suspect proceeded to steal a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Brickerville Electric, where the keys were located in the center console. Employees attempted to stop the Suspect but were unsuccessful as he continued south on Reifsnyder Rd.
The Suspect drove to a farm located in the 2,000 block of Bossler Rd. in West Donegal Twp. in Lancaster County, where he abandoned the truck and stole a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado by locating the keys inside of the vehicle. The Suspect continued to the 3,000 block of Bossler Road in West Donegal Twp. in Lancaster County, where he exited the truck and began to walk around a chicken farm located on the property. A concerned neighbor saw the Suspect entering a building on the property and parked their 2015 Mazda 6 and exited to approach the Suspect. The vehicle was left running and, as the concerned neighbor entered the building, the Suspect exited from a side door and stole the Mazda 6.
He drove north to the 2,300 block of Geyers Church Road in Londonderry Twp. in Dauphin County, where he attempted to steal a BMW Sedan, but was stopped by the homeowner. The Suspect reentered the Mazda 6 and traveled southeast. The vehicle owner’s brother saw the Mazda 6 in the area of Shaffer Rd. and Route 230 in Mount Joy Twp. in Lancaster County and alerted the police. Manheim Boro. and Northwest Regional Police Departments located the vehicle and a pursuit began.
At approximately 7:24 p.m., Lancaster County 911 contacted PSP Jonestown for assistance in the pursuit as it was entering Lebanon County. Troopers assisted and began to canvas the area. At approximately 7:48 p.m., PSP Jonestown was contacted by a resident on the 100 block of Wintersville Road in Jackson Twp. in Lebanon County to report that a vehicle matching the description of the Mazda 6 had been abandoned in their backyard and the Operator, matching the description of the Suspect, fled into the adjacent farm field, carrying a backpack. Troopers tracked the Suspect down into the field and engaged in a brief foot pursuit. Troopers ultimately caught up to the Suspect and took him into custody.
The Suspect was Jesse Brubaker, a 29 year old W/N-M. A multitude of charges from jurisdictions in several counties are pending.
Myerstown Borough
DUI – On May 17, 2021 at 8:28 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to South Railroad St. for a report of a crash. Investigation revealed that the Operator left the left side of the roadway and struck a parked vehicle. The Operator exhibited multiple signs of impairment and was subsequently taken into custody. The Victims were a 25 year old Myerstown woman and a 36 year old Myerstown man.
North Cornwall Township
Stabbing – On May 19, 2021 at approximately 10:00 p.m., police were dispatched for a stabbing Victim at the Speedway on West Cumberland St. in North Cornwall Twp. After a cursory investigation, police discovered the stabbing took place in the 2,100 block of Center St. The Victim, Carlos Orihuela-Hernandez, a 20 year old Lebanon resident, was allegedly stabbed by Andrew Diaz, a 34 year old Cleona resident, in the shoulder area. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. Orihuela-Hernandez was transported by First Aid and Safety Patrol to the Hershey Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. North Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident – On May 13, 2021 at 9:16 p.m., this crash occurred on the 700 block of Pajabon Dr. North Londonderry Twp. police cited a 23 year old Palmyra woman, with Careless Driving after the vehicle she was operating drifted from the travel lane and struck a parked vehicle. When questioned by the police about what had occurred, the woman reported to police that she was leaning over to plug in her cellphone charger when the crash occurred.
Terroristic Threats, Harassment – On May 19, 2021 at 5:38 a.m., this incident occurred on the 1,000 block of East Main St. in Palmyra. Kevin Longenecker, a 59 year old Palmyra resident, was charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment in connection with a voicemail message that he left at the office of State Representative Frank Ryan on the morning of May 19, 2021. Longenecker was arrested at his residence on May 20, 2021 and was taken to Central Booking for arraignment. Longenecker was later incarcerated in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility after being unable to post $25,000 bail.
