LebTown is featuring a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.

This week’s pet is Ellie, owned by Larry Bowman, of Cornwall.

Ellie’s breed is 50% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, 25% Cocker Spaniel, and 25% Poodle. Ellie’s owner discovered this through a canine DNA test that he had done on her.

Ellie was adopted from the Lebanon County Humane Society five years ago. She’s been a loyal companion and faithful sidekick since then.

Ellie loves people. She loves greeting everyone she meets on walks. She loves the attention she gets from visitors at home. She is extremely affectionate and has a tail that is constantly wagging. Ellie was well known among her neighbors and acquaintances in Mt. Gretna, where she formerly lives, with virtually everyone greeting her by name.

Ellie’s favorite things are car rides, checking out every available scent on her walks, and the time she spends with her owner, her owner’s two adult children, and her owner’s friends.

Congratulations Ellie, on being LebTown’s Pet of the Week!
