Heidelberg Township
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Aug. 11, 2021 at 8:33 p.m., troopers responded to East Reistville Rd. for a report of criminal mischief. The Victim explained a dark-colored SUV drove into his field and began doing burnouts in said field. The Victim further explained that he was unable to obtain any identifiable features of the vehicle. Due to the fact that the field is in an isolated location, an area canvas was unable to be conducted. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to call PSP Jonestown Station. The Victim was a 42 year old Myerstown man. The damaged property included a Field, valued at $100.00.
North Lebanon Township
Retail Theft – Sean Hornickell, a 39 year old Myerstown resident, was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred at the Lebanon Walmart on July 27, 2021, after failing to pay for $414.00 worth of merchandise.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 10, 2021 at 6:56 p.m., North Londonderry Twp. Police Department has cited a 16 year old Palmyra juvenile male with Duties at Stop Signs, following an accident in which the juvenile male pulled out in front of another vehicle driven by a 59 year old Palmyra man. This crash occurred at Campbelltown Rd. and Cottonwood Court.
West Lebanon Township
Retail Theft – Thuy Phan, a 52 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Retail Theft, after failing to pay for $1,039.00 worth of merchandise from the Boscov’s in the Lebanon Valley Mall on July 20, 2021.
