A Florida-based cannabis company will open a dispensary in the former Napoli Pizza building later this year.
The building is located along Route 422 in Annville. The parcel sold for $700,000 in August, 2021, to Fluent real estate partner Red Bell Partners which has previously worked with Fluent on securing properties for its Florida locations.
The company operates 27 dispensaries in Florida.
Fluent is currently hiring for the Annville location, their third dispensary in Pennsylvania, with existing stores in Hanover and Mechanicsburg.
According to Fluent investor guidance, the company had originally planned the Annville opening for 2021.
No specific opening date was available as of press time and Fluent has not responded to multiple requests for comment.
“Pennsylvania is one of the largest medical cannabis markets in the country—on pace to do more than $1 billion of annual sales in 2021—and we are in the early innings of capitalizing on strong growth in the state,” said CEO Robert Beasley in an investor statement.
