The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was approximately 0 ppm, rather than 150 – 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturers use directions. At the time of the inspection, the wall mounted sanitizer dispenser did not appear to be releasing sanitizer as designed. The person in charge was present during the inspection and agreed to manually mix batches of sanitizer until the dispenser is repaired. CORRECTED

Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration.

Breakers in the panel boxes are not labeled as required by Code and there is one open junction box in the basement.
7 – 102.11 Common Name-Working Containers
Working containers (spray bottles) in rear prep area, used for storing chemicals, cleaners taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Corrected.
