Water recirculating lines of the ice machine had black residue inside, indicating that the ice machine is not cleaned at a frequency to prevent the presence of mold.

Three compartment sink was not being properly used. The washed items were not rinsed prior to being placed in the sanitizer, thusly carrying soap and food particles to the final rinse.

The ice machine/ice spout was observed not clean during previous inspections in June 2020 and March 2021. Person in Charge was told that the ice machine should be marked out of service until it is properly cleaned.
