LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.

The Pet of the Week will sometimes be a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home. Other times the column will spotlight an animal that’s available for adoption through a local shelter and is seeking a forever family.

This week, meet Toes!

“Looking for a cat that will follow you? Cuddle? Sit on your lap? Give you head bumps?” asks PAWS director Kathy Fitzkee. “Toes is your gal!”

Toes, a domestic short-hair, has a few extra digits, which explains her name.

“She is polydactyl on all four paws,” Kathy says. She notes that Toes is “okay with dogs and other cats” as long as they are not stealing all of her family’s attention! “She would also be fine as your one and only,” Kathy adds. “Loves to be held. Would need a home that is able to give a daily allergy pill.”

Do you think Toes is a match for you? She’s available for adoption through PAWS. To arrange a meet and greet or for more information on this furry friend, email Kathy at PAWS@PAWSofPA.org.

Looking for a pet? Check out available adoptions at the Humane Society of Lebanon County.
