Bethel Township
Vehicle Accident – At 9:10 a.m. Sept. 9, a crash occurred on Mount Zion Road at Greble Road between a vehicle driven by a 34-year-old Manheim woman accompanied by a 5-year-old boy, and a vehicle driven by a 31-year-old Lebanon man. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash, and the juvenile was in a front-facing child safety seat at the time of the crash. No injuries were reported.
Vehicle Accident – At 5:01 a.m. Sept. 15, a crash occurred at the intersection of SR 22 and Blue Mountain Road when a 2020 Chevrolet Express, a commercial passenger van with 13 occupants, was traveling west on SR 22 and entered the intersection at a steady red light. The Chevrolet struck the passenger’s side rear corner of a 2011 Ford Edge, struck a pole, and then overturned onto its driver’s side on SR 22, blocking both west lanes. A 2019 Jeep Renegade then entered the intersection and struck the Chevrolet, causing it to turn upright. All three vehicles were disabled as a result of the crash and towed from the scene. Fourteen occupants of the involved vehicles sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and were transported to either the Hershey Medical Center or Good Samaritan Hospital. First Aid and Safety Patrol, Bethel EMS, Life Lion EMS, Fredericksburg Fire Department, Leffler’s Service, and PennDOT also assisted on the scene.
Drug Possession, Open Container of Alcohol, Red Light Violation – At 7:24 p.m. Sept. 22, police cited Martin Hudec, 47, of Orwigsburg, with possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia, open container of alcohol, and a red light violation after an incident on SR 22 and Blue Mountain Road involving a 2017 Ram 2500.
City of Lebanon
Dogs Running at Large – At 12 p.m. Sept. 9, police cited a 54-year-old Lebanon man with dogs running at large on the 600 block of Orange Street.
Disorderly Conduct – At 8:26 p.m. Sept. 5, police cited a 21-year-old woman and a 18-year-old woman, both of Lebanon, with disorderly conduct after fighting in public on the 100 block of Mifflin Street.
Public Drunkenness – At 8:54 p.m. Sept. 7, police cited a 37-year-old man with no permanent address on the 1100 block of Cumberland Street.
Public Drunkenness – At 4:52 a.m. Sept. 8, police cited a 45-year-old Lebanon man on the 500 block of Pershing Avenue.
Public Drunkenness – At 9:29 p.m. Sept. 2, police cited a 64-year-old Lebanon man on the 100 block of North 9th Street.
Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle Or Property, Driving While Suspended – At 6:44 p.m. Aug. 26, police cited Tawny Bordner, 33, of Lebanon, with an accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked after investigating a crash that occurred on the 1100 block of Chestnut Street. Police allege Bordner struck an occupied vehicle, causing damage to the vehicle, then fled the scene without making the proper notification. Police allege Bordner has a suspended driver’s license. No injuries were reported.
Drug Possession – At 2:43 p.m. June 21, police cited Carlos Gonzalez-Ortiz, 35, of Lebanon, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia after police assisted Lebanon County Probation Officers on the 00 block of South 8th Street.
PFA Violation – At 11:30 p.m. Aug. 11, police cited Anthony Scaturro, 27, of Lebanon, with a Protection From Abuse order violation on the 00 block of South 9th Street. Scaturro is accused of making contact with the 21-year-old female victim. Scaturro had not been apprehended as of the time of the news release.
DUI, Careless Driving, Driving While Suspended – At 10:04 p.m. July 16, police cited Juan Calderon-Monzon, 40, of Lebanon, with driving while under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked (DUI-related) after a minor crash that occurred on the 400 block of North 9th Street. Police allege Calderon-Monzon’s BAC was .216% at the time of the crash.
Disorderly Conduct, Simple Assault – At 3:35 p.m. Sept. 1, police cited two 17-year-old males and a 16-year-old male, all of Lebanon, with disorderly conduct after a fight on Old North 9th and Scull streets. Police cited a fourth male, also 17, of Lebanon, with simple assault and disorderly conduct as a result of his actions during the fight.
Public Drunkenness – At 3:08 a.m. Sept. 18, police cited a 20-year-old Lebanon woman on the 800 block of Spring Street.
Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle, Traffic Control Signals – At 11:50 a.m. Aug. 20, police cited an 18-year-old Lebanon woman with an accident involving damage to attended vehicle, traffic control signals, and duty to give information and render aid after a crash that occurred on South 10th and Chestnut streets. No injuries were reported. Police allege the woman fled the scene of the crash.
Simple Assault – At 2:30 p.m. Aug. 23, police cited Jenna Kipp, 36, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident on the 1100 block of Willow Street. Kipp is accused of breaking a glass and using it to cut the victim’s chest and arms. The victim, a 68-year-old man, sustained minor injuries as a result. Kipp has not been located.
Furnishing Drug-Free Urine – At 4:44 p.m. Aug. 15, police cited Kitana Loy, 24, of Lebanon, with furnishing drug-free urine after Lebanon County Probation Officers allege she attempted to provide drug-free urine during a routine probationary drug screening on the 500 block of Oak Street.
False Reports, False Statement – At 5:55 p.m. Aug. 21, police cited Laura Barker, 37, of Lebanon, with false reports and false statement after a crash that occurred on the 600 block of Locust Street. Police allege Barker provided false information verbally and via a written statement. Police allege Barker stated she was the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash; however, video surveillance of the crash show another person was operating the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Burglary – Sometime between 3:09 and 6:49 a.m. Aug. 25, police cited Angel Rivera-Figueroa, 59, of Lebanon, with burglary after a crash that occurred on the 00 block of North 16th Street. Rivera-Figueroa is accused of entering the property without the right or privilege to enter and removing items from the building. Rivera-Figueroa was apprehended at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 30 without incident, transported to LCCB, and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Rivera-Figueroa is incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Drug Possession – At 9:45 p.m. Sept. 20, police cited Jorge Pereira-Sepulveda, 33, of Lebanon, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 200 block of South 13th Street. Pereira-Sepulveda was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Pereira-Sepulveda was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Possession of a Firearm Prohibited, Firearms Not to be Carried without a License – At 7:45 p.m. Sept. 6, police cited Jose Lebron, 25, of Pine Grove, with possession of a firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and operation following suspension of registration after a traffic stop on the 400 block of North 9th Street. Lebron was transported to LCCB, arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Harassment – At 11:40 p.m. Sept. 8, police cited Richard Gomez, 51, of Lebanon, with terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment after an incident on the 500 block of Cumberland Street. Gomez is accused of threatening to kill the two victims while swinging a sword. No injuries were reported. Gomez was apprehended, transported to LCCB, and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. Gomez was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Harassment – At 10 a.m. Sept. 21, police cited a 20-year-old Lebanon man after an incident on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
Bench Warrant, Drug Possession – At 6:50 p.m. Sept. 17, police cited Anthony Young, 30, of Lebanon, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after contact with police on the 300 block of Federal Street. Police arrested Young on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant for failure to appear and transported him to LCCB. Young was incarcerated at LCCF on the warrant.
Burglary, Harassment – Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Nahaliel Ostolaza-Ramirez, 26, with no permanent address, after he was charged with burglary and harassment for an incident that occurred at 2:23 a.m. Aug. 21 on the 1100 block of Victor Street.
Disorderly Conduct, Harassment – At 7:27 a.m. Sept. 12, police cited a 32-year-old Lebanon man after an incident on the 1000 block of South 8th Street.
Criminal Trespass – At 10:21 a.m. July 14, police cited a 30-year-old Myerstown woman after an incident on the 100 block of Maple Street.
Disorderly Conduct – At 4 p.m. Aug. 25, police cited a 22-year-old Lebanon man after an incident on the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.

Public Drunkenness – At 12:59 p.m. Aug. 17, police cited a 19-year-old Lebanon man after an incident on the 800 block of Locust Street.
Public Drunkenness – At 1:03 p.m. Aug. 29, police cited a 41-year-old Lebanon man after an incident on the 500 block of North 8th Street.
Simple Assault, Drug Possession, Criminal Mischief – On Aug. 24, police cited Nelson Rivera, 24, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related), possession of a small amount of marijuana, and criminal mischief after an incident on the 100 block of North 12th Street. Rivera is accused of damaging property belonging to the victim valued at $850. Rivera is also accused of slapping the 20-year-old female victim several times on her face and head, causing injury. Police took Rivera into custody, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ Aurelis Figueroa. Rivera was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Drug Possession – At 10:43 p.m. Aug. 11, police cited Albert Desper, 40, with no permanent address, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after contact with police on North 7th and Willow streets. Police transported Desper to LCCB and arraigned him before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Desper was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Aggravated Harassment by Prisoner, Resisting Arrest – At 6:05 p.m. Aug. 16, police cited Jeanluc Cusson, 32, with no permanent address, with aggravated harassment by prisoner and resisting arrest after contact with Lebanon County Probation Officers on the 400 block of South 8th Street. Cusson is accused of spitting into a probation officer’s eyes and digging his nails into another probation officer’s arm, causing injury to both officers. Cusson was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest – At 11:02 p.m. Aug. 18, police cited Luis Marrero-Nieves, 20, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and resisting arrest after an incident on the 1300 block of Brandywine Street. Marrero-Nieves is accused of punching a 27-year-old woman several times, causing a laceration to her lip and swelling on her head. Marrero-Nieves resisted officers when being taken into custody. Police apprehended Marrero-Nieves, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ John Ditzler. Marrero-Nieves was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats – At 10:14 p.m. Aug. 5, police cited Brian Meyer, 58, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and terroristic threats after an incident on the 400 block of North 4th Street. Meyer is accused of threatening to kill a 26-year-old female victim, as well as choking her, causing injury to her neck and face, and striking a 6-year-old male victim, causing minor injury to his face. Police apprehended Meyer, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ Anthony Verna. Meyer was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $75,000 bail.
PFA Violation – At 6 p.m. Aug. 7, police cited Edgar Colon-Ortiz, 18, of Lebanon, with a Protection From Abuse order violation on the 300 block of North 8th Street. Colon-Ortiz is accused of making personal verbal contact with a 18-year-old female victim of the PFA. Police apprehended Colon-Ortiz, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ Carl Garver. Colon-Ortiz was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats – At 11 a.m. Aug. 4, police cited Timothy Henry, 37, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and terroristic threats after an incident on the 200 block of South 6th Street. Henry is accused of threatening to kill a juvenile victim and striking that victim and another juvenile victim, causing minor injury to both. Police apprehended Henry, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ Anthony Verna. Henry was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Public Drunkenness – At 2:10 p.m. Aug. 25, police cited Joshua Morgan, 26, of Lebanon, after an incident on the 100 block of North 7th Street.
Cornwall Borough
Vehicle Accident – At 9:26 a.m. Sept. 8, a crash occurred on Cornwall Road, just south of Spruce Street, when a vehicle driven by a 66-year-old Jonestown woman was traveling south on Cornwall Road and traveled off the road and into a utility pole. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
East Hanover Township
Vehicle Accident, Limitations on Turning Around – At approximately 1:19 p.m. Sept. 7, a crash occurred at the intersection of Allentown Boulevard (SR 22) and Gravel Hill Road. A 2013 General Motors Corp Acadia driven by a 44-year-old Williamstown man was traveling east on SR 22, and a 2006 Dodge Durango driven by a 36-year-old Lebanon man was traveling west. The GMC attempted to make a U-turn and was struck by the Dodge in the west lanes. Both vehicles came to rest, still in contact, within the right lane of west traffic. D.E. Richards Towing towed both vehicles from the scene. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash and no injuries were reported. Police cited the Williamstown man with limitations on turning around.
Simple Trespass – At 4:07 a.m. Sept. 13, police cited a 38-year-old Lebanon man after he appeared in a public place while under the influence of a controlled substance. The victim was a 33-year-old Jonestown man.
Jackson Township
PFA Violation – At 11:25 p.m. Sept. 9, the suspect violated a Protection From Abuse order by having contact with the victim on Pineapple Road.
Retail Theft – At 12:46 a.m. Sept. 23, police responded to the 600 block of East Lincoln Avenue and determined that a 28-year-old Denver woman stole an e.l.f. Natural Lash Kit, valued at $3, from Dutchway Farm Market in Myerstown. The arrestee concealed the item in her sweatshirt pocket and then her purse before leaving the store without paying. Police obtained video surveillance of the incident. The arrestee was positively identified and cited with retail theft through MDJ 52-3-01.
Theft of a Firearm, Theft Personnel Property, Carrying a Firearm without a License – On Sept. 14, police took Stacy Urban, 46, of Myerstown, into custody and cited her with theft of a firearm, theft personnel property, carrying a firearm without a license, and criminal mischief after an incident at 9 a.m. Sept. 13 on the 500 block of Houtztown Road. The victim was a 62-year-old Myerstown man.
Jonestown Borough
PFA Violation – At 2:30 p.m. Sept. 16, a 31-year-old Jonestown woman arrived at PSP Jonestown to report a violation of a Protect From Abuse order. Police reviewed numerous text messages that were sent between the victim and Michael Bergman, 38, of Lebanon. Police made contact with the on-call ADA, and it was determined that Bergman did violate the PFA order. On Sept. 16, charges were prepared and submitted against Bergman, charging him with contempt for violation of order or agreement.
Millcreek Township
Drug Possession – At 6:11 p.m. Sept. 14, police arrested Kristi Haag, 42, of Newmanstown, for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on the 00 block of North Sheridan Road. The charges against Haag were filed through MDJ 52-3-01.
Sexual Assault – Police are currently investigating a Childline referral involving inappropriate sexual contact among two juveniles sometime between 12 a.m. Sept. 1 and 1:05 p.m. Sept. 7 on Fort Zellers Road. The victim was an 11-year-old Newmanstown female. The investigation is ongoing.
Myerstown Borough
Harassment – At 7:20 a.m. Sept. 16, police cited the arrestee, 44, with harassment after an argument with his 27-year-old Myerstown girlfriend turned physical, and he shoved her against a wall. This incident occurred on East Main Avenue.
Palmyra Borough
Arrest Warrant, False Identification to Law Enforcement, Driving While Suspended – At approximately 9:53 p.m. July 9, police conducted a traffic stop on the 300 block of East Arch Street. The driver, who was later identified as Crysta Reeseman, 41, failed to provide her proper identification, instead giving police her sister’s information. Police later confirmed Reeseman’s identity and determined she had a suspended driver’s license. On Aug. 23, an arrest warrant was issued for Reeseman by MDJ Garver’s office for false identification to law enforcement and a seventh offense for driving while operating privilege is suspended.
Retail Theft – At approximately 2:05 p.m. Aug. 16, police responded to Sheetz for a reported retail theft involving two women. Police identified one of the subjects as a 23-year-old woman. On Sept. 7, a non-traffic citation for retail theft was filed against the woman.
Driving While Suspended – At approximately 6:18 p.m. Sept. 15, police initiated a traffic stop on a black Nissan Altima on the 700 block of West Main Street. Police identified the driver as John Thomas, 37, of Myerstown, whose driver’s license was suspended due to a recent DUI. The Lebanon County Probation Department also requested that Thomas be taken into custody for a detainer. Police transported Thomas to LCCB on the detainer. On Sept. 19, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Garver’s office, charging Thomas with one count of driving while suspended (DUI-related) – third or subsequent offense.
Drug Possession, Driving While Suspended – At approximately 12:01 a.m. March 17, police initiated a traffic stop on the 800 block of East Main Street and identified the driver as Nicole Burns, 40. Police determined Burns was operating the vehicle with an expired inspection, expired registration, no insurance, and a suspended driver’s license. Police also found Burns was in possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. On Sept. 16, charges were filed against Burns for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege is suspended, and four other summary traffic violations.
Disorderly Conduct – At approximately 4:50 p.m. Aug. 29, police were flagged down by a citizen, who related that a resident of the 500 block of North Railroad Street had just entered her property, yelling and attempting to engage in a fight. Police identified the resident as Joshua Zeigler, 34. On Sept. 9, a non-traffic citation was filed with MDJ Garver’s office, charging Zeigler with disorderly conduct.
Retail Theft – At 2:05 p.m. Aug. 16, police responded to Sheetz, at 811 E. Main St., for a reported retail theft by two females. Police identified one of the subjects as a 21-year-old Harrisburg woman. On Sept. 7, a non-traffic citation for retail theft was filed.
Found Dog – At approximately 6:30 p.m. Sept. 16, police found a female dog with a sparkly collar in the first block of North College Street. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, please contact the Palmyra Borough Police Department at 717-838-8189.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident – At 1:30 a.m. Sept. 8, a Nissan sedan driven by a 21-year-old Jonestown woman struck a stop sign, another road sign, and a mailbox after she lost control of her vehicle in the 1800 block of South Forge Road. The Nissan was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Vehicle Accident – At 10:13 p.m. Sept. 6, a 2013 Honda Pilot driven by a 17-year-old female was traveling north on South Thistledown Drive when she struck a curb and a fire hydrant. The Honda was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Public Drunkenness – At 7 p.m. Sept. 7, police cited a 61-year-old Palmyra man after he was discovered at Redner’s, 110 Northside Commons, under the influence of alcohol.
Vehicle Accident – At 11:14 p.m. Sept. 16, a crash occurred when a 17-year-old Palmyra female fell asleep while driving west on Old Farm Road, entered the opposing travel lane, and proceeded over a curb and onto a property in the 400 block of Old Farm Road. The vehicle caused minor damage to the yard and a bush on the property. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Vehicle Accident – At 6:53 p.m. Sept. 12, a crash occurred on the 00 block of Landings Drive when a Volvo XC40 driven by a 33-year-old Lebanon woman struck a Subaru Crosstrek driven by a 23-year-old Annville woman in the parking lot of Paramount Sports Complex. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Public Drunkenness – At 9:05 p.m. Sept. 18, police cited a 64-year-old Palmyra man after he was seen on the 00 block of West Market Street trying to pick up a 12-pack of beer on the road that he had dropped. The man was unsteady on his feet and kept falling to the ground when he attempted to walk. Police escorted the man to his home.
Vehicle Accident – At 3:59 p.m. Sept. 19, police responded to the 200 block of Hinkle Road for a single-vehicle crash. The vehicle slid off the road while negotiating a turn and flipped over onto an embankment.Two 17-year-olds, of Middletown and Elizabethtown, were involved in this crash, and the passenger sustained minor injuries.
Swatara Township
Drug Possession, Possession of Instruments of Crime – At 10:46 a.m. Sept. 5, police responded to the 500 block of Lickdale Road for a disabled motorist and/or possible domestic-related incident. Police made contact with the operator, Nathan Hammond, 28, of Cortland, New York, and the passenger, Kaylea Mendez, 34, of McGraw, New York. Police determined that Mendez had a felony NCIC warrant. Police also observed indicators of criminal activity. A State Police K9 responded to the scene and provided a positive alert on the vehicle. A consent search was conducted that resulted in the seizure of marijuana and paraphernalia. Police also located two catalytic converters and several items associated with catalytic converter thefts. Police took Hammond and Mendez into custody, cited them with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of instruments of crime, and subsequently transported them to LCCB to await arraignment.
Harassment – At 8:27 p.m. Sept. 9, police responded to Old Route 22 and determined that a 12-year-old Jonestown juvenile male and a 16-year-old Jonestown juvenile female were involved in a physical altercation. The male threw several sticks, striking the female. The female then punched and slapped the male several times. An investigation is ongoing.
Union Township
Theft By Deception – At approximately 7:34 p.m. Sept. 12, police responded to the 00 block of Grant School Lane, where a 26-year-old Jonestown woman reported that she was scammed out of $2,100 when she sent the numbers and PINs from prepaid gift cards to an unknown individual posing as a dog breeder with a puppy for sale. The incident occurred sometime between Aug. 28 and Sept. 12.
Hit-and-Run – At 6:46 a.m. Sept. 10, police responded to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, on the corner of Fisher Avenue and SR 72, for a hit-and-run crash. Sometime between 9 p.m. Sept. 9 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 10, a 2021 Dodge Ram that was legally parked within a parking stall was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene. There are no surveillance cameras that point in the direction of the parking stall. The Dodge sustained minor damage and did not require towing.
Theft – At 10:23 a.m. Aug. 20, police responded to Old Forge Road for a report of a stolen iPad in a purple case, valued at $800. The victim was a 40-year-old Cohoes, New York, woman. Police are investigating.
West Cornwall Township
Vehicle Accident – At 8:14 a.m. Sept. 8, this crash occurred near SR 322 and Starner Road. A vehicle driven by an 80-year-old Lancaster man struck the back end of a vehicle driven by a 61-year-old Stevens woman.
Vehicle Accident – At 5:04 p.m. Sept. 16, this crash occurred on the 3100 block of Lebanon Road as a vehicle driven by a 78-year-old Palmyra man struck the back end of a vehicle driven by a Biglerville woman.
Unspecified Township
DUI Checkpoint – Sometime between 10 p.m. Sept. 10 and 2 a.m. Sept. 11, police conducted a sobriety checkpoint. Police made contact with 29 motorists, made three DUI arrests, and issued 10 citations and 23 warnings.
