Looking for something to do this month? The Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds, at 80 Rocherty Road, is offering more than a dozen events to Lebanon County residents during the rest of November.
LebTown spoke with Patrick Kerwin, executive director of The Expo Center, about the November happenings.
“You can see … we have high school events, 4H events, FFA events, in addition to the things like the Gem Show, and … there’s the Christmas at The Expo, a three-day craft show that literally takes now all but one building at The Expo Center. It’s very, very popular,” he said. “So we’re excited that we have all of this activity going on.”
Kerwin added, “I think it shows the diversity of use of The Expo Center. It’s a great asset for Lebanon County, not only economically, but also, I think, socially. It provides a lot of opportunity for entertainment, etc.”

When asked how Lebanon County residents can get involved at The Expo Center, Kerwin said, “Well, certainly, they can come out and support the functions that are there. That’s great. Because many of them are Lebanon County-oriented.”
He continued, “Of course, we are considered a major attraction for bringing people in from outside of the area. Many of our events bring people from various counties of Pennsylvania, other states, even some [such as carriage auctions] bring people from Canada or England. … So, we feel very happy that Lebanon Countians have been so supportive of The Expo Center. We appreciate that. And we want to continue to be a great asset and a great neighbor to everyone.”
The Expo Center is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, except on certain holidays, has free parking, and offers 24/7 customer support.
