Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Food facility’s previous manager, the certified supervisory employee, converted to a part-time position over three (3) months ago; the new manager does not have the Certification as is required. Facility needs to correct this violation as soon as possible.

6 – 501.114 Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter
There is a small puddle of grease on the floor behind the fryers. Either there is a leak in a piece of equipment or the area is not being cleaned frequently enough.

The packaging on two packages of chicken was damaged; however, it is probable that this was done by a customer. Packages were discarded.
