Bethel Township

Theft – At 8:21 a.m. March 30, police responded to the Greble Scrap Yard on Houtztown Road for a report that $150 worth of interior parts were stolen from a 2008 Ford Fusion.

City of Lebanon

Public Drunkenness – Police charged a 50-year-old man after he walked through Weis Markets, 800 S. 12th St., on April 22 in an intoxicated state, making customers and employees uncomfortable.

Public Drunkenness – Police charged a 36-year-old man after he appeared in a public place on the 500 block of South Broad Street on April 21 manifestly under the influence of alcohol to a degree that he may endanger himself or others.

Theft By Unlawful Taking – Police charged Manuel Eusebio, 21, after a video captured him taking money from the desk of another person on the 300 block of Cumberland Street on April 3 without their consent.

False ID to Law Enforcement Officer, Public Drunkenness – Police charged Sergio Munoz-Castillo, 32, after he was observed by an officer on April 16 in the area of North 8th and Spring streets. Munoz-Castillo had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and could not walk unassisted. The officer knew Munoz-Castillo from previous contact, but Munoz-Castillo provided the officer with a false name several times and did not have identification on him. Police transported Munoz-Castillo to LCCB to verify his identity.

Shots Fired – On April 23, police responded to a report of gunshots near 10th and Chestnut streets and found multiple spent cartridge casings on South 10th Street, just north of the intersection. No damage to property or victims was discovered. Video surveillance footage showed a vehicle of interest. Anyone with any information is asked to submit a tip on CRIMEWATCH or contact the Lebanon City Police Sgt. Keith Uhrich.

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle Accident, Following Too Closely – At 9:48 a.m. April 21, a two-vehicle crash occurred on State Route 501 South just before its intersection with Mastle Road. A 2002 Nissan Altima driven by a 64-year-old Lebanon man, accompanied by a 65-year-old Lebanon woman, was traveling too closely behind a 2017 Ford Edge driven by a 75-year-old Lebanon woman. The Nissan struck the rear bumper of the Ford as traffic was slowing. All occupants were wearing seatbelts and reported no injuries. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and required towing. Police charged the Lebanon man with following too closely.

Jackson Township

Vehicle Accident – At approximately 9:15 a.m. April 27, a crash occurred at the intersection of Colonial Avenue and Hilltop Road when an all-white truck tractor and trailer with unknown registration and unknown markings exited the road while turning right (north) onto Hilltop Road and struck a stop sign. The vehicle fled the scene, and no information was reported to police. Charges of accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property are pending investigation. Myerstown Borough

DUI Crash – At 12 a.m. April 24, police responded to the 800 block of South Railroad Street for a single-vehicle crash. Police said James Everett, 36, of Myerstown, was driving a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado while intoxicated when he struck a utility pole.

North Lebanon Township

Drug Possession – At 1:02 a.m. March 15, police charged Lester Colon Rodriguez, 28, and Aisha Jimenez-Colon, 26, both of Lebanon, with possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 1700 block of State Route 72.

DUI – At 11:57 p.m. March 17, police charged Luis Vega-Vazquez, 32, of Lebanon, with driving while under the influence after a stop on the 1600 block of Grace Avenue.

Retail Theft – Police charged Mariangelly Garcia, 34, of Lebanon, after failing to pay for merchandise on four occasions: Feb. 6, Feb. 16, Feb. 27, and March 2, with a total loss of $1,854.37 at Boscov’s.

Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle/Property – Police charged Brian DelCarmen, 27, of Jonestown, with accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property after he fled the scene of a hit-and-run and did not provide his information. DelCarmen was also charged with failing to provide insurance information. The crash occurred on March 10 at the intersection of North 25th and Taylor streets.

North Londonderry Township

Harassment – Police charged a 42-year-old Palmyra man with harassment following two incidents in two days. On April 20 and again on April 21, the Palmyra man allegedly arrived at a residence on the 1200 block of South Prince Street, yelling at the residents and shouting profanities.

Careless Driving – At 4:40 p.m. April 20, police charged a Jonestown man with careless driving after he fell asleep behind the wheel, crossing the center lane and striking a vehicle driven by a Palmyra man that was traveling east on the 1000 block of East Main Street. No injuries were reported. The Palmyra man’s vehicle required towing.

Palmyra Borough

Disorderly Conduct – At 1:10 a.m. April 12, police responded to the 00 block of South Center Avenue for a report of a female who was intoxicated and yelling. Police identified the cause of the disturbance as a 47-year-old woman, who refused multiple requests from the police to stop her behavior. A non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct was filed against her through MDJ Garver’s office. The residents of the address also received a disruptive conduct report.

Criminal Mischief – At approximately 10:30 a.m. April 15, police responded to Pine Street Elementary School, at 50 W. Pine St., for a report of juveniles who were damaging school property. It was found that four lights were broken by the juveniles. On April 26, three non-traffic citations were filed through MDJ Garver’s office, charging the juveniles with one count each of criminal mischief.

Disorderly Conduct – At approximately 11 p.m. April 14, police received several calls reporting a noise disturbance on the 600 block of North Railroad Street involving people yelling and revving motorcycles. One of the males involved was identified as a 21-year-old man, who was given a non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct.

Public Drunkenness – At approximately 8:55 p.m. April 17, police responded to North Railroad Street for reports of a male yelling and causing a disturbance. Police patrolled the area and located the male on the 400 block of North Railroad Street, yelling and hitting a street sign. The 35-year-old man was determined to be visibly intoxicated and had a BAC of .204% at the time of the incident. A non-traffic citation for public drunkenness was filed against him.

South Lebanon Township

Fleeing or Attempting to Elude an Officer, Duties at Stop Signs and Yield Signs – At approximately 8:35 p.m. March 31, police attempted to pull over a gas-powered bicycle traveling on Metro Drive. The driver failed to stop and fled from the scene. Police charged Jack Lehman, 21, with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, duties at stop signs and yield signs, lamps and other equipment on pedal cycles, and drivers required to be licensed.

Swatara Township

Vehicle Accident, Vehicle Turning Left – At 3:06 p.m. April 20, a crash occurred on State Route 22 East at North Lancaster Street. The crash involved a 2012 Honda Odyssey driven by a 54-year-old Jonestown woman and a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 51-year-old Myerstown man. The Jonestown woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained injuries of unknown severity, and was transported via Central Medical Ambulance to Hershey Medical Center. The Myerstown man was not wearing a seatbelt, sustained injuries of unknown severity, and was transported via First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon to Hershey Medical Center. Police charged the Jonestown woman with vehicle turning left.

West Lebanon Township

Simple Assault – Police charged Jordan Martinez, 35, of Lebanon, after he was involved in a fight on April 5 on the 1900 block of Lehman Street.
