St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, at 22 S. 6th St., Lebanon, will host a community forum on Thursday, May 4, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. to address the needs of the local LGBTQ+ community.
The event is being organized in partnership with several organizations, including the LGBT Center of Greater Reading, SARCC, the Community Health Council of Lebanon County, and the Chestnut Street Community Center.
This is the first community forum that St. Luke’s has hosted in collaboration with these organizations, with the aim of exploring the needs of and establishing supportive programming for the LGBTQ+ community in Lebanon County. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide input on potential programming for both LGBTQ+ youth and adults.
Parking is available on the street, as well as in a lot at the southeast corner of 6th and Chestnut streets, accessible from Chestnut Street.
The organizers emphasize the importance of community involvement in tailoring programming to the needs of the local LGBTQ+ population and look forward to hearing from Lebanon County residents at the forum.
