Lebanon County, in partnership with Cleona Borough, is extending an invitation to residents for an open house to discuss improvements along the Route 422 corridor in Cleona.
The meeting is set for Tuesday, May 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Cleona Borough Hall.
The goal of the meeting is to gather public opinion on the preliminary recommendations for the corridor. The project team will be available to answer questions and provide details about the proposed plans.
This meeting is part of a broader “Complete Streets Feasibility Study” being conducted by the Lebanon County Metropolitan Planning Organization and Cleona Borough. The study aims to identify needs and potential enhancements in the area, focusing on improving safety and expanding multi-modal travel options along the corridor.
The previous public meeting, held in January, used display boards for residents to pinpoint areas of concern and provide specific recommendations.

“Your insights will help us understand existing issues along the corridor and develop recommendations for future improvement projects,โ said the organizers in a previous press release.
This open house, like the last one, is organized by transportation planners from WSP, a professional services firm.
