North Cornwall Commons Apartments has broken ground for a new community clubhouse, expected to be completed by early 2024.

The clubhouse will include an indoor golf simulator, an open-concept kitchen, and a lounge area fitted with a flat-screen TV, a pool table, and a gas fireplace. The outdoor area will feature a patio with a covered space adjoining a 30-foot by 50-foot swimming pool. A pavilion equipped with gas grills and a fire pit will also be available for residents’ use.
The offices for the apartment complex’s leasing office and property manager will be relocated to the clubhouse once complete.
