A new 6,013-square-foot retail space and adjacent 2,658-square-foot restaurant are coming to 2040 Quentin Road, near an existing Mattress Warehouse and Five Guys.
The construction was initiated to make use of five-year permits issued in 2018 following a land development approval process. Land owners Paula and Pietrina Cali had purchased the 1.94-acre property back in 2003 for $140,000.
Plans show that the developed property will feature 61 parking spots. The restaurant parking lot will be configured for a single-lane drive-through lane.
One way/right turn only entrance/exit traffic will be accessible via Quentin Road/Route 72.
The property is listed for lease with Giovanni Cali, who said that he was unable to comment on plans based on agreement he had with the owners, and also declined to comment on whether the property was still available for lease.
