LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
This week, meet Cinderella!
Cinderella is a British longhair cat, says owner Susan Loncar of Lebanon. She’s about 8 years old.
“She originally was a feral, ear tipped and spayed cat that was caught, tagged and released,” Susan says, noting that Cinderella “lived in the wild for 2 years, but her coat got terribly tangled. PAWS captured her and put her up for adoption in the Lebanon Petsmart, calling her Cinder because of her grey coat.”
But now Cinderella has a home, even if it wasn’t the easiest transition for her.
“When I adopted her, she greatly feared humans,” Susan explains. “But over time, she has become my greatest fan – head-bumping me and wanting to be near me. I changed her name from Cinder to Cinderella because she has transformed into a lovely feline princess!”
Congratulations to Cinderella for finding your forever home … and for being this week’s LebTown Pet of the Week!
