PennDOT announced Thursday that a planned 14-day closure of Isabel Drive at Route 72 will begin Tuesday, Sept. 10, weather permitting.
The closure comes amid a $1.26 million project that will introduce a new traffic signal and dedicated turn lanes at the intersection.
Isabel Drive will be closed at the intersection with Route 72, with a detour in place using Rocherty and Cornwall roads.
All work on the project is expected to be completed by Oct. 25.
The work at Isabel Drive is among the final improvements identified by a master traffic study conducted as part of North Cornwall Commons, according to previous LebTown coverage.
