Failure to comply with registration requirements – On Nov. 8, police charged Edwin Rodriguez, 29, after an incident on the 00 block of North 12th Street.

Drug possession – On Nov. 7, police charged Jon Stager, 39, with possession of a controlled substance after an incident in the area of 10th and Water streets.

Theft by unlawful taking – On Nov. 7, police charged Rosa Quinones-Cancel, 35, after an incident on the 00 block of East Cumberland Street.

DUI – On Nov. 8, police charged Edwin Rodriguez, 29, with DUI-alcohol and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle after a crash in the area of Spring and North Gannon streets.

Endangering the welfare of children – On Nov. 13, police charged Angel Ramirez, 29, after an incident on the 600 block of Quentin Road.

DUI – On Nov. 10, police charged Jorge Romero-Blanco, 33, with DUI-alcohol and drivers required to be licensed after an incident on the 900 block of Walnut Street.

Retail theft – On Nov. 13, police charged Joshua Lopez, 30, after an incident on the 800 block of South 12th Street.

Simple assault – On Nov. 9, police charged Sarah Rehmat, 51, after an incident on the 00 block of North 6th Street.

Drug possession – On Nov. 9, police charged Christopher Delange, 36, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the area of 1st and Weidman streets.

Theft by unlawful taking – On Nov. 15, police charged John Light, 65, after an incident on the 600 block of North 8th Street.

DUI – On Nov. 11, police charged Gerardo Rosario-Feliciano, 38, with DUI-alcohol and public drunkenness after a traffic stop in the area of Mifflin and VanBuren streets.

DUI – On Nov. 15, police charged Richie Hernandez, 41, with DUI-alcohol after a traffic stop on the 300 block of North 11th Street.

Retail theft – On Nov. 13, police charged Stacy Torres-Ortiz, 28, after an incident on the 800 block of South 12th Street.

Retail theft – On Nov. 13, police charged Grabiel De La Cruz, 21, after an incident on the 800 block of South 12th Street.

Retail theft – On Nov. 13, police charged Yoendry De Dios Moreta, 27, after an incident on the 800 block of South 12th Street.

DUI – On Nov. 10, police charged Leslie Bryant, 37, with DUI-alcohol after an incident in the area of South 3rd Avenue and East Walnut Street.

Firearms not to be carried without a license, evading arrest or detention on foot – On Nov. 15, police charged Kimani Daves, 47, with firearms not to be carried without a license, evading arrest or detention on foot, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 800 block of Coleman Circle.

Driving while suspended – On Nov. 12, police charged Jared Brandt, 27, with driving while suspended (DUI-related) after a traffic stop on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.

Daylight burglary – On Nov. 13, police responded to the 300 block of Hornet Street for a report of a burglary. Police determined that the lone burglar made entry into the residence through an unsecured window while an adult resident was sleeping inside. Upon discovering the residence was occupied, the suspect fled on foot after taking money and personal items belonging to other residents. Pictured below is a still image of the suspect as he was entering the unsecured window into the residence. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the burglar should contact Lt. K9 donation from the LCKC Wagswalk fundraiser – The Lebanon City Police Department would like to thank the Lebanon County Kennel Club for donating $2,000 from its Wagswalk fundraiser. The fundraiser, sponsored by the Lebanon County Kennel Club and local businesses, has raised money since 1991, to benefit local K9 organizations. Its contribution throughout the years, along with other individuals and businesses, has made it possible to ensure the continued success of bringing safety and effectiveness to the police department’s K9 Unit.

East Hanover Township

Harassment – At 10:22 a.m. Nov. 12, a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old Wilburton woman was traveling south on Ono Road, south of Valley Drive, when it was rear-ended by a dark-colored sedan. The striking vehicle’s operator exited the vehicle and a verbal altercation ensued between the two drivers. It turned physical when the operator pushed and struck the woman, then fled south on Ono Road in the striking vehicle with suspected front-end damage. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194.

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle accident – At 6:21 a.m. Nov. 6, a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country van driven by a 38-year-old Bronx, New York, woman, was traveling west on West Main Street. A 2016 Ram pickup truck driven by a 55-year-old Denver man was traveling west on West Main Street, directly in front of the van. The truck was making a right turn onto Carpenter Street and was struck in its passenger’s side quarter panel by the van. The van sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by RJ Sells. The truck was able to leave the scene under its own power. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Police charged the woman with following too closely.

Jackson Township

Vehicle accident – Around 7:24 a.m. Nov. 9, a 2014 Honda CRV driven by a 56-year-old Lebanon woman was traveling east on East Lincoln Avenue, attempting to make a left turn into the Witmers Clothing parking lot. The Honda failed to yield to a 2005 Peterbilt driven by a 79-year-old Hamburg man, and the Peterbilt crashed into the Honda. The Honda was towed from the scene by CJ Wagner’s. The Peterbilt was towed from the scene by V&M Towing. The woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected serious injury, and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to Hershey Medical Center. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but was not transported. Police charged the woman with vehicle turning left.

Millcreek Township

Vehicle accident – At 11:15 a.m. Oct. 22, a 2022 Beta 300 CC driven by an 18-year-old Newmanstown man and a 2014 International Harvester Puma 230 driven by a 17-year-old Lebanon boy were traveling south on SR 419. The International Harvester started to turn left into a cornfield on the 500 block of SR 419 when the Beta attempted to pass it. The Beta struck the International Harvester’s driver’s side front tire and slid into the cornfield, sustaining disabling damage. The Harvester was able to leave the scene under its own power. The man was wearing a motorcycle helmet, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Newmanstown VFC Ambulance Corp. The boy was not using safety equipment and was not injured. Newmanstown Fire and EMS assisted on the scene.

North Cornwall Township

Public drunkenness, harassment – At 3:20 p.m. Sept. 16, police responded to Hearth Restaurant for a report of someone being under the influence and arrested a 36-year-old Lebanon man.

Public drunkenness, criminal trespass – At 8:57 p.m. Sept. 19, police spotted a man on a bench in front of Country Garden Laundromat who was under the influence. Police arrested the 61-year-old Lebanon man for public drunkenness, open container, and criminal trespass.

Simple assault, harassment – At 9:13 p.m. Sept. 27, police arrested James Dohner, 36, of Lebanon, after an incident on Center Street.

Warrants – At 2:56 a.m. Sept. 28, police picked up Quinn Campbell, 24, of Lebanon, and Angel Cruz-Rigual, 31, of Lebanon, on Cumberland Street for warrants out of Lebanon and Dauphin counties.

DUI – At 4:27 a.m. Sept. 29, police observed a vehicle going in the wrong direction on Rocherty Road and arrested Luis Mangual-Osorio, 48, of Jonestown, for DUI.

Criminal attempt to commit retail theft – At 1:13 p.m. Sept. 30, police arrested James Musselman, 58, of Mohrsville, after an incident at Tractor Supply.

Theft by deception, forgery – At 5:14 p.m. Sept. 30, police arrested JaJaun Worley, 43, of Trenton, New Jersey, for paying for goods with counterfeit bills.

Harassment – At 10:10 p.m. Sept. 30, police arrested Zachary Haag, 33, of Lebanon, after an incident at Plaza Apartments.

Public drunkenness – At 11:35 p.m. Oct. 1, police arrested a 22-year-old Lebanon man after an incident at Speedway.

DUI – At 12:08 a.m. Oct. 20, police arrested Matthew Gassert, 42, of Lebanon, after an incident on Chestnut Street.

South Lebanon Township

Open lewdness, disorderly conduct – On Oct. 31, police responded to a complaint of open lewdness on the 500 block of South 5th Avenue and charged Karelys Cruz-Velazquez, 25, with misdemeanor open lewdness and disorderly conduct for intentionally exposing herself at her place of employment.

Cedar Crest students treat officers – The students of Cedar Crest High School initiated a new community service program, and the South Lebanon Township Police Department was honored to be the recipient of their kindness this week. Amaya delivered some delicious cookies for everyone to enjoy. The police department would like to extend its sincerest appreciation to the students who participated for their kindness and dedication to making a difference.

South Londonderry Township

Hit-and-run crash – At 2:01 p.m. Nov. 5, a 2010 Toyota Corolla driven by a 35-year-old Clementon, New Jersey, woman, was struck by a tractor and semi-trailer, which fled east on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained injuries of unknown severity but refused transport. Mount Gretna Maintenance and H&S Towing assisted on the scene.

Vehicle accident – At 6:22 p.m. Nov. 5, a BMW SUV driven by an 81-year-old Palmyra man collided with a Toyota sedan driven by a 57-year-old Palmyra man at the entrance to the Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Found property – At 10:15 a.m. Nov. 13, sewer workers found an orange mountain bike at the rear of the sewer property on Brandt Road. The owner should contact South Londonderry Township police at 717-838-1376.

Western Lebanon County Regional Police

Confinement and housing of dogs – At 3:15 a.m. Oct. 17, police located a dog that was running loose on the 400 block of West Main Street, Palmyra. Police charged the 45-year-old female owner of the dog with confinement and housing of dogs, failure to produce a valid PA dog license, and failure to provide proof of current rabies vaccine.

Bench warrants served – Around 7:28 a.m. Nov. 12, police pulled over a black Nissan Altima on the 300 block of East Cherry Street, Palmyra, and identified the passenger as Lindsay Young, 30, who had two bench warrants out of Lebanon County for failure to appear, with the original charges being receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. The warrants were verified, and Young was taken into custody and transported to LCCB.
