North Cornwall Commons, a mixed-use community on the south side of Lebanon, is hosting its first tree-lighting ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 5.

The ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Blackford Boulevard and Springwood Drive. The community event will include various holiday activities, such as hot cocoa and cookies, holiday jingles, and visits with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the Grinch.

According to the release, many of the retail stores located within the community will participate with specials deals, sponsorships, or activities. There will also be a donation box for Toys for Tots for anyone who wants to donate.
