Refrigerated ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food (soups, chicken poblano) prepared in the food facility and held for more than 24 hours, located in the two-door reach-in cooler in the prep room, is being date marked and held beyond a seven-day discard date.

The handwash sink in the front counter area was blocked by cleaning bucket and not accessible at all times for employee use.
