The Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services has issued a Code Blue Alert that will begin Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 8 a.m. and last until Thursday, Feb. 20, at 8 a.m.

Grant’s stays in the area, the renaming of Bismark to Quentin after Theodore Roosevelt’s son, Dwight D. Eisenhower’s ancestral roots, and John F. Kennedy’s campaign rally in Lebanon.
