The North Cornwall Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a land development plan for lot 20 of North Cornwall Commons – a five-story, 104-unit apartment building – during a meeting Tuesday.

The planned apartment building, to be located in the North Cornwall Commons, will contain 104 units.

Cornwall Properties representative Mike Swank confirmed the lot, set to contain the fourth apartment building in the North Cornwall Commons mixed-use development, is near the planned extended stay hotel developers recently broke ground on.

The plan came under recommendation from the planning commission, with the board having already approved waivers in 2023. Supervisors also approved the associated stormwater operation and maintenance agreement, developer’s agreement, and bond.

Supervisors also unanimously agreed to accept a low bid of $236,999 from Barker and Barker Paving for improvements to the Motorcycle Club parking lot. The township agreed to take on this project in exchange for a right-of-way needed from the Motorcycle Club for the planned 22nd Street realignment project.
