Meatloaf, a refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food in the walk-in cooler, was date-marked by the facility, but was beyond the seven-day use or sell by date and requires discarding. Meatloaf was labeled with a prepared date of May 9, 2025. Meatloaf was voluntarily disposed of at the time of this inspection by the PIC.
4 – 501.14 Warewashing Equipment, Cleaning Frequency
Mechanical low-temperature ware wash machine was observed to have a build-up of filth and food residue and was not cleaned before use, and frequently throughout the day.
