11th annual Spinstock Flow Arts Festival kicks off summer in Lebanon on June 14

The 11th annual Spinstock Flow Arts Festival, scheduled for Saturday, June 14, at Coleman Memorial Park, promises “a day full of excitement and creativity,” according to organizers.

The free, family-friendly event, which will be held outside at the park at 1400 W. Maple St., Lebanon, from noon to 9 p.m., is “back and bigger than ever,” a release says.

“Spinstock is a celebration of flow arts, featuring mesmerizing hourly performances & workshops with hula hoops, aerial silks, flag poi, flowstar, leviwand, magic and more, all set to vibrant DJ beats from Harrisburg’s Funkbot Presents,” the release explains. “In addition to performances & free workshops, Spinstock offers a variety of interactive experiences for attendees. Festival-goers can participate in a drum circle, activity stations featuring ribbon wands, hula hoops, and poi socks, super bubbles, a silent disco, and even a community art project – everything you need to discover new hobbies and join in the fun!”

The festival will feature a vendor marketplace with nearly 60 booths offering flow props, festival apparel, art, gifts, baked goods, and handmade crafts. Local food vendors will include Crazy Goat Coffee Company, Island Thyme, Gus Deraco’s Italian Sandwiches, Snowy Hawaiian Ice, and Chilangos.

The event this year is sponsored by Shay’s Vending, FO Eagles #472, Lebanon County Commissioners, Funkbot Presents, Magnawatt Music Company, Your Advertiser, Rich Johnson Arts, Eastern PA Flowmies, and others.
