Drug possession – On June 6, police charged Allen Hower, 21, with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was arrested near the intersection of Gannon and C&L streets on an outstanding warrant.
Simple assault – On June 7, police charged Michael Snyder, 24, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after police responded to the 500 block of South 3rd Street for a report of a disturbance.
DUI, period for required lighted lamps – On June 8, police charged Jose Rivera, 39, with DUI-alcohol and period for required lighted lamps after a traffic stop on the 100 block of North 9th Street.
Drug possession – On June 8, police charged Norma Blair, 35, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police assisted probation officers on the 300 block of North 3rd Avenue.
Arrest warrant – On June 9, police issued an arrest warrant against Jason Sabo, 49, with the original charge being simple assault.
Arrest warrant – On June 12, police issued an arrest warrant against Jason Wunderlich, 49, with the original charge being escape after he fled from a traffic stop.
Theft – Police are investigating the theft of a red electric scooter from the 00 block of South 9th Street on June 9. The pictured subject took the e-scooter and fled north on South 9th Street. Anyone with information regarding his identity is asked to contact Lebanon city police.

Lebanon County Regional
Drug possession – At 3:45 p.m. April 24, police responded to the 1800 block of Chestnut Street in North Cornwall Township for Orliri Perugorria-Silva, 68, who had an active warrant for his arrest. Police took Perugorria-Silva into custody and found him to be in possession of crack cocaine and related paraphernalia. Police charged Perugorria-Silva with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft, disorderly conduct – Around 12:07 p.m. April 25, police responded to Taco Bell in North Cornwall Township, where three subjects were involved in a physical altercation, and one of the subjects stole another’s cellphone. Police identified that subject as Payton Holmes, 20, who was charged with misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking or disposition-movable property. Police charged the other subjects, two 18-year-old women, with summary disorderly conduct.
Retail theft – At 5:08 p.m. April 26, police responded to Boscov’s for a theft after a white woman was observed concealing clothing under the clothes she was wearing and putting on a new pair of flip-flops. The woman was observed leaving the store with the concealed items, failing to pay for the merchandise valued at $48.99. Police identified the woman as Jayda Stamm, 21, arrested her, and charged her with misdemeanor retail theft.
Arrest warrant served, hindering apprehension – At 8:55 a.m. May 31, police responded to the 600 block of Locust Street, Lebanon, with an arrest warrant for Jose Morales-Torres, 43, for felony possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, along with other charges. Lebanon city police assisted on the scene. When police arrived, they obtained consent to search the residence and located Morales-Torres hiding in a concealed attic crawl space. Police took him into custody and found him to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Morales-Torres with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Police also charged Rosa Camacho, 44, with misdemeanor hindering apprehension or prosecution after she hindered officers by providing false information and assisted the subject by concealing him.
Curfew violation – At 12:48 a.m. June 5, police observed three male juveniles running through the parking lot of Bennett Hyundai in West Lebanon Township. The juveniles ran from officers into a nearby wooded area. Police located a 15-year-old male juvenile, returned him to a parent, and cited him with a curfew violation.
Resisting arrest – On June 6, police responded to a subject shooting at a house on East Cumberland Street with a BB gun. Police located the subject, Efrain Burgos, 23, at North 15th Avenue near its intersection with East Cumberland Street in North Lebanon Township. While attempting to detain Burgos, he resisted arrest. Police took Burgos into custody and charged him with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Disorderly conduct – On June 7, police responded to a domestic in progress on the 1000 block of Cornwall Road in North Cornwall Township. Police charged a 34-year-old man, a 30-year-old woman, a 47-year-old woman, and a 54-year-old woman each with summary disorderly conduct.
Bench warrant served, driving with a suspended registration – At 12:26 p.m. June 9, police pulled over a yellow Mazda on Quentin Road at Rocherty Road in North Cornwall Township for a registration issue. The driver, Thomas Miller Jr., 29, had a bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department. Police took Miller into custody, transported him to LCCB and charged him with driving with a suspended registration, driving without insurance, and driving without a valid inspection.
Bench warrant served – At 3:09 p.m. June 9, police encountered a suspicious woman standing on West Cumberland Street at Chapel Lane in West Lebanon Township. Police identified the woman as Toni Bashore, 40, and found her to have a bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department. Police took her into custody and transported her to LCCB without incident.
Purchase, consumption, possession, or transportation of liquor, curfew violation – At 11:51 p.m. June 9, police made contact with a 17-year-old male juvenile in the area of Chestnut and South 16th streets in North Cornwall Township. The juvenile was in possession of alcohol and in violation of curfew. Police charged the juvenile with purchase, consumption, possession, or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages and curfew violation for North Cornwall Township and released him to a parent.
North Londonderry Township
Careless driving – At 4:08 p.m. June 9, a crash occurred on the 500 block of West Ridge Road when a 64-year-old Palmyra woman lost control of her vehicle, struck a utility pole, and came to rest in a cornfield. The woman was transported to Hershey Medical Center with unspecified injuries. The Palmyra Fire Department and fire police assisted on the scene. Police charged the woman with careless driving.
South Lebanon Township
Evading arrest or detention on foot, drug possession – On May 9, police attempted to serve an arrest warrant on Everett Swartz, 42, at his place of employment on the 400 block of Schaeffer Road. Swartz ran from officers and was pursued prior to being placed under arrest. Police charged Swartz with misdemeanor evading arrest or detention on foot, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug possession – Around 4 p.m. May 23, police pulled over a vehicle along East Walnut Street and learned that the driver, John Engle, 44, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Engle with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.
Ignition interlock – Around 3:47 p.m. May 26, police pulled over a vehicle along East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Benito Santiago, 33, was operating the vehicle without a required ignition interlock system. Police charged Santiago with misdemeanor ignition interlock and summary operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.
Theft by unlawful taking – On May 27, police received a report of a theft from Cedar Crest High School and learned that Jack Williams, 18, stole a digital camera valued at $2,207 from the high school’s photography class. Police charged Williams with felony theft by unlawful taking or disposition of movable property.
Driving while suspended – On May 29, police pulled over a vehicle along King Street and learned that the driver, Hector Benitez, 27, was operating the vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended for a DUI. Police charged Benitez with misdemeanor driving while suspended, third or subsequent offense, DUI-related.
Simple assault – Around 10:21 p.m. June 9, police responded to a domestic dispute on the 500 block of East Walnut Street. Police arrested James Reeves, 50, and charged him with misdemeanor simple assault.
Western Lebanon County Regional
DUI, disregarding a traffic lane – On April 30, police received a call regarding a possible intoxicated driver. Police located a gray Chevrolet HHR driven by Paula Shonsky, 51, at the intersection of Main and Grant streets in Palmyra. Police pulled over the Chevrolet after viewing multiple vehicle code violations, arrested Shonsky for suspicion of DUI, and took her in for a blood draw. Shonsky’s toxicology report indicated that her BAC was 0.289% at the time of her arrest. Police charged Shonsky with DUI-highest rate, DUI-incapable of safe driving, and disregarding a traffic lane (single). Charges were filed with MDJ Warner’s office on May 27.
Harassment – On May 30, police responded to the 400 block of West Main Street in Annville and charged a 36-year-old man with summary harassment. The charge was filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office.
Harassment – Around 12:11 p.m. June 1, police responded to the 300 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for a report of harassment and determined that a 37-year-old woman struck another person in the face with a closed fist. On June 4, a non-traffic citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging the woman with summary harassment.
Disorderly conduct, underage drinking – At 9:25 p.m. June 10, police responded to the 00 block of South Chestnut Street in Palmyra for a disturbance. Police located a 20-year-old man who was intoxicated and yelling, causing a disturbance, and issued the man two non-traffic citations for summary disorderly conduct and summary underage drinking. Police also located a 19-year-old woman who was intoxicated and issued a non-traffic citation for summary underage drinking.
Disorderly conduct – The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department is asking for assistance with identifying the two pictured subjects involved in a disorderly conduct incident on May 18 at the Palmyra Shopping Center.
Hit-and-run – At 3:34 p.m. June 10, police responded to the 00 block of West Front Street in Palmyra for downed wires. Police located a damaged telephone pole that appeared to have been struck. Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with any information on this matter and is asking anyone with cameras in this area to contact the police department.

Theft – At 11:17 a.m. June 3, police received a report of a stolen black Magicycle electric bicycle with a 52V battery pack. The e-bike was stolen from the 200 block of East Spruce Street in Palmyra during the overnight hours of June 3. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 717-838-8188 or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.
