From fireworks and farm animals to collector cars and championship livestock, July is packed with excitement at the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds. Whether you’re revving up your engine or enjoying a milkshake on the Midway, this month’s lineup offers something for everyone. Here’s what’s coming to the Expo Center in July 2025.

Susquehanna Valley Showdown (July 4–6)

Celebrate Independence Day weekend with the Susquehanna Valley Showdown (SVS), a premier youth livestock event held July 4–6. Sanctioned by both the Pennsylvania Club Livestock Association (PCLA) and the East Coast Livestock Association (ECLA), this show is open to youth 21 and under from all 50 states—no membership required.

Over two action-packed days (Saturday and Sunday), young exhibitors will compete in type classes for lambs, goats, and swine, as well as participate in skill-a-thon and showmanship contests. It’s a showcase of talent, dedication, and agricultural excellence you won’t want to miss.

2025 Collector Car Auction by Crowe Auctions (July 12)

Lebanon Area Fair (July 19–26)

It’s the biggest event of the summer in Lebanon County — the beloved Lebanon Area Fair returns July 19–26, bringing with it a full week of agriculture, entertainment, food, and fun!

Enjoy free admission before 3 p.m. each day, and just $5 after. Kids under 10 get in free all day. Track events, including fan favorites like tractor pulls, rodeo, tough trucks, and the demolition derby, require a separate ticket — or get the best value with a weekly track pass ($80) that includes all grandstand events.

This year’s fair will feature over 8,000 judged exhibits, showcasing local talent in everything from sewing and woodworking to produce and photography. Don’t miss the impressive display of livestock, including dairy and beef cattle, hogs, sheep, poultry, and more — many raised and shown by 4-H and FFA youth.

Beyond the barns, the Midway is filled with games, rides, fair food (yes, fried bologna pretzel sandwiches are back), and nightly entertainment. With more than 50,000 attendees annually, the Lebanon Area Fair is a true celebration of the county’s agricultural roots and community spirit.

Whether you’re showing livestock, placing a bid on a classic car, or enjoying the festivities of the Lebanon Area Fair, there’s no better place to celebrate summer than at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center & Fairgrounds. Mark your calendars and make the most of these exciting events!
