Sous Chef assists the Chef in all kitchen operations in a fine dining Italian Restaurant.
The Sous Chef is second in command in the kitchen.
They will assist in all aspects of the of the operation including supervising staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
They also play a key role in menu planning, training staff, and enforcing safety regulations.
