False identification to law enforcement, public drunkenness – On Aug. 10, police charged Kenneth Figueroa-Vega, 29, after responding to a disturbance on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.

Drug possession, driving while suspended – On Aug. 13, police charged Kristine Concepcion, 26, with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended after a traffic stop on the 500 block of North 7th Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 16, police charged Jymir Hargrove, 23, with possession of drug paraphernalia after police took him into custody on the 300 block of North 7th Street on an outstanding warrant.

DUI, careless driving – On Aug. 17, police charged Jose Reyes-Gonzalez, 40, with DUI-alcohol, careless driving, and driving without a license after a traffic stop in the area of 9th and Lehman streets.

Disorderly conduct – On Aug. 18, police charged Brittney Castro, 21, with disorderly conduct after responding to the 00 block of South 9th Street for a disturbance.

Simple assault, harassment – On Aug. 18, police charged Dylan Sanchez, 29, with simple assault and harassment after responding to the 00 block of North 6th Street for a domestic dispute.

Drug possession – On Aug. 19, police charged John Fontanez-Ramos, 30, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the area of 12th and Cumberland streets.

Drug possession – On Aug. 21, police charged Kenneth Figueroa-Vega, 29, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after taking him into custody on the 100 block of North 9th Street on an outstanding warrant.

Do not include on signs:

  • Your child’s full name
  • School name or teacher’s name
  • Age, birthday, or personal details

Instead, keep it simple with just:

  • Favorite color
  • “When I grow up, I want to be: ____”

Lebanon County Regional

DUI, driving while suspended – On June 2, police responded to a crash at Fine Wine & Goods Spirits in North Cornwall Township, where the striking vehicle had fled the scene. Police located the vehicle and identified the driver as Michael Banko, 67, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Police charged Banko with misdemeanor DUI-general impairment, misdemeanor DUI-high rate of alcohol, summary accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle, and summary driving while suspended.

Theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake – On June 16, police responded to Sheetz in North Cornwall Township after a caller reported that he lost his wallet. Police discovered that a woman, later identified as Suzette Kyra, 52, had located the wallet, removed money from it, and discarded it in a trash can. Police charged her with misdemeanor theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake.

DUI – Around 3:30 a.m. July 23, police responded to the 1400 block of North 7th Street in North Lebanon Township for a crash and found a pickup truck overturned in the middle of the road. Police extricated the driver, identified him as Cody Brisbane, 25, and found him to be under the influence of alcohol. Police charged Brisbane with misdemeanor DUI-general impairment, misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, and summary driving on roadways laned for traffic.

DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic – At 1:30 p.m. July 25, police responded to the 1000 block of East Maple Street in North Lebanon Township for a crash after the driver, Erin Landry, 40, had veered into the oncoming lane, exited the road, and struck a utility pole. Police found that Landry was under the influence of alcohol and charged her with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance and summary driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Disorderly conduct – On Aug. 4, police responded to the 400 block of Springwood Drive in North Cornwall Township for a vandalism/disorderly conduct complaint. At 9:15 p.m. Aug. 2, a 48-year-old woman argued with another woman and poured an unknown substance on her vehicle. Police also said a 43-year-old man involved in the argument pushed the side mirrors on the woman’s vehicle. Police charged the man and woman with summary disorderly conduct.

Retail theft – On Aug. 5, police received information about two retail thefts at Walmart in North Lebanon Township. The investigation revealed that a 79-year-old man stole food from Walmart on June 2 and July 1. Police interviewed the man and charged him with summary retail theft.

DUI – At 5:08 p.m. Aug. 9, police received information regarding an erratic driver at Sunoco in North Lebanon Township. Police found that Thomas Burke, 44, was driving while intoxicated, took him into custody and charged him with misdemeanor DUI-general impairment.

Retail theft – Police charged Jacob Wild, 51, with misdemeanor retail theft after multiple shoplifting incidents at Walmart in North Lebanon Township. Police said he failed to pay for merchandise worth $176.43.

Disorderly conduct – At 2:46 p.m. Aug. 14, police charged two men, ages 41 and 39, after an altercation inside the 7th Street Bar & Grill in North Lebanon Township that continued into the parking lot.

Public drunkenness, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 18, police responded to Stoever’s Dam in North Lebanon Township for a suspicious vehicle doing donuts in the parking lot. Police found an occupant of the vehicle to be an 18-year-old woman who was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance.

Arrest warrant – On Aug. 20, police issued an arrest warrant for Elzeife Williams, 35, whose last known residence was in Atlanta, Georgia, with the original charge being misdemeanor theft by deception. This warrant stems from a theft investigation at Lowe’s in North Cornwall Township, which took place around 3 p.m. Aug. 1. Police said Williams entered the store, selected items, did not pay for them, and then returned the merchandise at the customer service desk, receiving store credit in exchange.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 4:15 p.m. Aug. 20, police investigated a crash on Syner and Old Forge roads after a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Annville boy pulled out into the path of a vehicle driven by a 62-year-old Palmyra man. No injuries were reported. The juvenile’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Police charged the juvenile with stop signs and yield signs.

South Lebanon Township

Sale or transfer of firearms, unsworn falsification to authorities – On March 8, Shariel Vasquez, 22, attempted to purchase a firearm from Shyda’s Outdoor Center while not being legally permitted to do so. Police charged Vasquez with felony sale or transfer of firearms and misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities.

DUI – Around 11:19 p.m. June 22, police pulled over a vehicle along King Street and learned that the driver, Joel Garcia-Quintana, 37, was under the influence of alcohol. Upon receipt of his legal blood test, police charged Garcia-Quintana with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol and summary general lighting requirements.

Drug possession, false identification to law enforcement – Around 11:30 p.m. July 21, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1800 block of East Cumberland Street and learned that a passenger in the vehicle, Tyheem Williams, 22, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Williams with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement.

Drug possession – Around 9:10 p.m. July 25, police pulled over a vehicle along East Walnut Street and learned that driver Jack Collins’s operating privileges were suspended (DUI-related). Collins had more than three prior offenses for driving while suspended. Police also found he was in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Police charged Collins with misdemeanor possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, misdemeanor driving while suspended, and summary general lighting requirements.

Driving while suspended – Around 3:40 p.m. July 30, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1200 block of King Street and learned that Chase Albright’s operating privileges were suspended. Albright had more than three prior offenses for driving while suspended. Police charged Albright with misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Persons not to possess firearms, simple assault – Around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 3, police responded to the 1700 block of Fonderwhite Road after a resident reported an armed subject on the property. Police learned that the subject had pointed a firearm at the resident before fleeing. After a brief search of the area, police located the armed subject, Kyle Shuey, 31, in a cornfield. Police later learned that Shuey was prohibited from possessing firearms. Police arrested him and charged him with felony persons not to possess firearms and misdemeanor simple assault.

South Londonderry Township

Criminal mischief/vandalism – Police are investigating the vandalism of a white SUV that was parked on the 100 block of East Market Street in Palmyra. Sometime overnight of Aug. 1 into Aug. 2, someone drew on the SUV with a black permanent marker. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 717-838-1376.

Vehicle accident – At 7:20 a.m. Aug. 15, police responded to the area of Mount Wilson and Elizabethtown roads for a report of a vehicle into a utility pole. Police determined that a truck driven by a 52-year-old Halifax man struck the pole. The road was closed due to downed wires. Lawn Volunteer Fire Company assisted on the scene.

Vehicle accident – At 4:13 p.m. Aug. 18, police responded to the 5700 block of Elizabethtown Road for a single vehicle into a ditch. The 18-year-old Dillsburg driver advised the police that he had fallen asleep at the wheel. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

Simple assault, trespassing – At 5:56 a.m. Aug. 20, police responded to the 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike for a report of a disturbance. Police determined that Corey Anderson II, 31, of Camp Hill, entered a residence and assaulted one of the occupants. An arrest warrant was obtained for Anderson, who later turned himself in to police, was transported to LCCB, and was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary trespassing.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Public drunkenness – At 8:30 p.m. Aug. 16, police responded to the 200 block of West Main Street in Annville for an intoxicated person. Police identified the 22-year-old male subject and charged him with summary public drunkenness.

Bench warrant served – At 12:23 a.m. Aug. 22, police observed Kennith Baez, 33, intoxicated and stumbling in the road on the 900 block of East Main Street in Palmyra. Police found that he had a bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department, with the original charge being DUI-general impairment (second offense), issued by Lebanon City Police. Police took Baez into custody and transported him to LCCB.
