Making a Difference partners with SARCC for 9th annual toiletries & socks drive

Making a Difference of Lebanon, Pa, in partnership with SARCC, are proud to announce the 9th Annual Toiletries & Socks Collection Drive to benefit those experiencing homelessness and individuals in need throughout our community.

The drive will run from September 1 to September 21, 2025, culminating in a Big Collection Event on Saturday, September 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at our office located at 11 N. 9th Street, Lebanon, PA.

We invite the community to join us in supporting those in need by donating much-needed items such as socks, toilet paper, deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products, soap, and combs and brushes. Each contribution, no matter how small, will help provide comfort, dignity, and essential care to individuals experiencing hardship.

During the month of September, donations can be dropped off at any of our convenient participating collection sites, including JBT branch locations, SARCC/LFHS, Covenant UMC, Your Advertiser, Kochenderfer Church, St. Mark’s UCC, Lebanon Valley YMCA, FCCB (Isabel Drive), St. John AME Church, Henise Tires, OneWay Thrift LLC, Verizon, Holy Truth Body Art, Mt. Gretna UMC, and Cabal’s Lair in Manheim. These generous partners make it easy for community members to lend their support and help us reach those in need.
