Lebanon Valley College will mark the 238th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution with a special presentation Wednesday, Sept. 17.

The Constitution was signed in Philadelphia on Sept. 17, 1787. To observe the date, Dr. John Hinshaw, chair of social sciences and a professor of history at LVC, will speak about “The Right to Vote: 350 Years of Voting in Pennsylvania.”

The free public presentation will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. in the atrium of the Vernon and Doris Bishop Library. A limited number of Pocket Constitutions will be available for students, according to a press release.

Light food and drinks will follow the presentation.
