Leadership Lebanon Valley last week celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2025, recognizing a diverse group of nearly 30 professionals who completed the 11-month program.

Graduates “demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, community engagement, and the future of Lebanon Valley,” according to a press release from the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The program is designed to “develop informed, connected, and engaged leaders by providing participants with a deeper understanding of the community’s assets, challenges, and opportunities,” the release explained. “Throughout the program year, class members participated in immersive sessions focused on areas such as business and economic development, education, healthcare, government, nonprofit organizations, and community leadership.”

Graduates of the 2025 class are Julia Ansel, WEPA Empowerment Center; Kristi Brown, AAA Central Penn; Matthew Bugli, County of Lebanon; Michael Curry, Lebanon Transit; Brittney Gingrich, Members 1st Federal Credit Union; Mandy Harshberger, WellSpan Health; Christina Houser, Lebanon VA Medical Center; Andrew Inch, Inch by Inch Construction; Victoria Jensen, Kountry Kraft; Gretchen Kane, Lebanon VA Medical Center; Alecia Kolar, First Citizens Community Bank; Samuel Light, Lebanon Federal Credit Union; Kyle McGrady, GAF; and Shannon McMinn, Compeer of Lebanon County.

Also, Janelle Miller, WellSpan Health; Rebecca Miller, Byler Holdings; Jesska Moreno Vega, Family First Health; Andrea Murray, Union Community Care; Mario Nardone, Jonestown Bank & Trust Co.; Ryan Newswanger, Jubilee Ministries; Chad Sanders, Lebanon Rescue Mission; Cindy Sandoval, Lebanon Federal Credit Union; Neil Smartschan, Lebanon VA Medical Center; Katrina Tulos, Stricker Insurance; Rachel Vucic, QUEST Inc.; Jennifer Wiest, SCHOTT Pharma USA Inc.; A. Jason Wilson, Northwest Bank; and Gabrielle Zunner, Chrisland Engineering.

Lori Brandt, program director and Chamber vice president, said one of the graduates remarked, “You know of people in our community, but through LLV, now you KNOW people,” while another said the program “opened up my worldview so much wider.”
