The city of Lebanon declared the snow emergency to be canceled effective Thursday at 9 a.m.
The snow emergency was first declared on Jan. 24 ahead of Winter Storm Fern. All snow emergency routes are now open to traffic and parking is permitted on all snow emergency routes, Mayor Sherry Capello said in the release.
“I extend my thanks to the residents along snow emergency routes for their cooperation during the snow emergency,” said Capello.
