City of Lebanon

Simple assault – Around 12:15 p.m. Feb. 13, police responded to the 700 block of Guilford Street for a domestic dispute. Jeanmarc Delva, 51, reportedly displayed a weapon during a verbal argument. Police took Delva into custody and charged him with simple assault (domestic violence-related).

Drug possession – Around 4 p.m. Feb. 14, police charged Ismael Padilla Rosado, 54, with possession of a controlled substance after laboratory analysis confirmed the presence of a controlled substance following an incident on the 1200 block of Willow Street.

DUI – Around 6:45 p.m. Jan. 8, police responded to the 600 block of Locust Street for an erratic driver complaint. Police made contact with Jessie Gonzalez, 47, who showed indications that she was under the influence of alcohol. Following field sobriety tests, police arrested Gonzalez for DUI-alcohol.

Lebanon County Regional

Harassment, purchase, consumption, possession, and transportation of alcohol – At 6:32 p.m. Feb. 8, police responded to the 1700 block of North 7th Street in North Lebanon Township for a domestic disturbance. An investigation revealed that a 20-year-old man struck a female subject and consumed alcohol while under the age of 21. Police charged the man with summary harassment and summary purchase, consumption, possession, and transportation of alcohol.

Theft of leased property – Police secured an arrest warrant for Austin Root, 36, whose last known residences were in Lebanon and Quarryville. The warrant stems from a theft investigation on the 2500 block of West Cumberland Street in North Cornwall Township, which took place on or around Jan. 2.

Theft by deception – Police secured an arrest warrant for Michael Blount, 50, whose last known residence was in Mechanicsburg. The warrant stems from a theft investigation at Lebanon Valley Mall in West Lebanon Township on Jan. 23.

Simple assault, harassment – On Feb. 17, police responded to the 800 block of Tudor Lane in North Cornwall Township for a physical domestic. Police learned that Robert Harchick, 64, struck his female partner in the face, causing injury. Police arrested Harchick for misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment and transported him to LCCB.

Arrest warrant served, drug possession – On Nov. 5, police responded to the parking lot of Rutter’s in West Lebanon Township for a well-being check. Police said a female subject was lying back in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle in the parking lot. Police identified the subject as Shalimar Pellot-Badillo, 29, and learned she had a warrant for her arrest. While arresting Pellot-Badillo, police searched her and discovered she had narcotics in a pants pocket. Police transported Pellot-Badillo on the warrant and charged her with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

South Lebanon Township

Drug possession – Around 12:44 a.m. Feb. 8, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1800 block of East Cumberland Street in Lebanon and learned that the driver, Devina Hummel, 31, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Hummel with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug possession – On Feb. 6, police pulled over a vehicle on Fox Road in Lebanon and learned that the driver, Ebony Benitez, 27, had an active warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department. Police found Benitez to be in possession of a controlled substance while taking Benitez into custody and charged Benitez with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (THC oil).

Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, reckless driving – Around 9:34 p.m. Jan. 21, Nathan Behney, 31, failed to stop his vehicle for police who were attempting to pull him over. Police observed Behney driving recklessly at a high rate of speed, cutting off multiple vehicles on the 2200 block of East Cumberland Street in Lebanon and driving through a residence’s yard. Police charged Behney with misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, summary reckless driving, summary careless driving, and summary driving while suspended.

Drug possession – Around 9:08 a.m. Jan. 28, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street in Lebanon and learned that the driver, Roel Jimenez-Reyes, 30, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Jimenez-Reyes with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and summary operation following suspension of registration.

Drug possession – Around 9:08 a.m. Jan. 27, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Cumberland Street in Lebanon and learned that the driver, Tyler Randler, 34, was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged Randler with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and summary driving while suspended.

South Londonderry Township

Simple assault, endangering the welfare of children – At 9:40 a.m. Feb. 13, police received a Child Welfare Report regarding suspected child abuse on the 2700 block of Horseshoe Pike. The report was linked with other Child Welfare Reports for suspected abuse of the juvenile’s siblings. Police interviewed Melissa Hutchins, 32, of Palmyra, and took her into custody, charging her with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and endangering the welfare of children.

Vehicle accident – At 6:15 p.m. Feb. 15, police responded to the 300 block of Schoolhouse Road in Palmyra for a crash. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Palmyra man exited the road and struck a tree.

Vehicle accident – At 5:07 p.m. Feb. 16, police responded to the 800 block of Lawn Road in Palmyra for a crash. Police determined that a 34-year-old Lebanon man lost control of his vehicle due to snow on the edge of the road and struck a guide rail.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 54-year-old Lebanon man with disorderly conduct after an incident around 9:59 p.m. Jan. 20 at Wendy’s in Palmyra.

Retail theft – Police charged two 17-year-old Palmyra males each with retail theft for an incident around 9:33 p.m. Jan. 15 at Sheetz in Palmyra.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 30-year-old Milton, Delaware, man with public drunkenness after an incident around 4:27 p.m. Jan. 24 on the 500 block of Palm City Park in South Annville Township.

Harassment – Police charged a 12-year-old Palmyra male with harassment-physical contact after an incident around 9:50 a.m. Jan. 28 on the 500 block of West Main Street in Palmyra.

Noise violation – Police charged a 37-year-old Annville man with a violation of an Annville ordinance regarding noise after an incident around 12:07 a.m. Jan. 9 on the 100 block of Woodside Court in Annville.

Dog law violations – Police charged a 53-year-old Palmyra man with three violations of a state dog law after an incident around 8:47 p.m. Dec. 29 on the 100 block of North Chestnut Street in Palmyra.

Harassment – Police charged a 36-year-old Palmyra man with harassment after an incident around 12:07 a.m. Jan. 3 on the 100 block of West Main Street in Annville.

Dog law violations – Police charged a 51-year-old Annville man with three violations of a state dog law after an incident around 11:06 p.m. Jan. 16 on the 300 block of Palm City Park in South Annville Township.

Driving while suspended – At 4:14 p.m. Feb. 4, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Main Street in Annville for a traffic violation and identified the driver as Daryl Baer, 37, who had a suspended driver’s license, DUI-related, with four prior convictions. A criminal complaint was filed against Baer for misdemeanor driving while suspended, DUI-related, summary operation following suspension of registration, and summary operation of a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.

Arrest warrant served – Around 3 p.m. Feb. 13, police came in contact with Ryan Bates, 40, on the 200 block of North Chestnut Street in Palmyra. Bates was known to have a warrant out of the Lebanon County Detectives Office for possession with intent to deliver. Police took Bates into custody without incident and transported him to LCCB on the warrant.
