The deflector shield of the ice machine in the prep area was observed with an accumulation of pink matter. (Ice is not used for food or as food.) The Ansul system piping above the pizza oven was observed with hanging dust. The sides of the equipment ovens were observed with an accumulation of dust.

The ceiling vent was observed to be rusty and in need of repair.
