Area Agency on Aging has an immediate need for substitute (on-call) Meals on Wheels Driver.
Work for an agency that provides valuable services to people aged 60 and older – one of the fastest growing segments of the population in Lebanon County.
Meal Transporters Part-Time
- Starting Salary – $13.25/hr., plus IRS mileage rate
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Nature of Work: Use personal vehicle to deliver meals to eligible seniors in Lebanon County. Order/record meals each delivery day. Report changes in consumers’ condition to the office as soon as possible. Training will be for the first 6 weeks, then you will go on-call as needed. This is a great opportunity to possibly be transferred to a regular daily driver.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a clean driving record and must undergo a criminal background check.
