On Feb. 19, United Way of Lebanon County hosted its Campaign Celebration at Lebanon Country Club, with more than 160 community members in attendance.

Chaired this year by “Mr. United Way,” Bob Hoffman, the event celebrated a successful annual fundraising campaign. It was announced with much fanfare that the United Way of Lebanon Country raised more than $776,000 thus far in its fiscal year – surpassing an original goal of $750,000.

Three special events contributed greatly to the Celebration’s festivities.
Brad Peterson, from Power Packs, updated the crowd on all the good that organization does serving thousands of children in our community.
Gregg Smith, from First Aid & Safety Patrol, also addressed the crowd – educating them about the positive impact on our local heroes thanks to the First Responders Trauma Care Fund (both organizations receive funding from United Way of Lebanon County).
Lastly, Lebanon High School theatre students performed excerpts from their exciting upcoming musical, “In the Heights.”

United Way of Lebanon County is thrilled to have exceeded its annual campaign goal. The organization will continue to fundraise through the end of its fiscal year, June 30.Â
United Way of Lebanon strengthens our community by focusing primarily on education, financial stability, and health – engaging people through volunteering, advocacy, and funding.Â
