Nicholas Revilla, 33, was arrested Friday on charges of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and unlawful contact with a minor, according to Lebanon city police.

The investigation began in November 2025, when police received a child abuse referral involving allegations of sexual assault of a minor, police said. Detectives identified Revilla as the suspect during the course of the investigation.

Officers executed an arrest warrant on Revilla on March 27 in the 600 block of Canal Street, Lebanon. Revilla was taken into custody without incident, police said. Court records list his address as being in Reading.

According to court records, Revilla faces felony charges of rape of child, aggravated indecent assault on someone less than 16 years old, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, and multiple counts of corruption of minors and unlawful contact with minor, in addition to related misdemeanor charges.

Revilla is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He was remanded Friday to Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail, which was set at $300,000. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, in front of Magisterial District Judge Maria M. Dissinger.
