LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
Our Pet of the Week is sometimes available for adoption through a local shelter. Other times the weekly column will spotlight a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home.
This week, meet Archer!
“Archer is the sweetest, most … opinionated boy you’ll ever meet with a big attitude,” says owner Erika Swogger. “He needs all the attention and is very protective over his house, his kids, and all those he loves. Archer loves all kids and will give ALL the kisses (if you let him). He will eat all the food in sight, too.”
This pup is a bit of a Heinz 57, Erika says, topping the list of breeds with American Staffordshire terrier, French bulldog, and Boston terrier.
“Archer was rescued from Georgia, so he loves the nice weather,” she says. “He loves to go on (short, due to the short legs) hikes, be lazy on the couch, or just ride in the car (especially if he gets to bark at buggys).”
Congratulations to Archer for being this week’s LebTown Pet of the Week!
