The district will now move forward creating a budget with a 4.2% millage rate increase, though the board will not vote on the final budget and millage rate until June.
Northern Lebanon school board approves $3.1 million loan for renovations
The $3.1 million loan is at a 4% interest rate, and the district staff recommended it because the bank allows prepayments, which could save on the amount of interest paid.
