Adam Michael Schlegel, 36, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Nov. 18, 1988, Adam was the son of John Adam and Ruth Ann (Carpenter) Schlegel. He graduated from Cedar Crest High School in 2007. Adam was a lifelong Eagles fan who enjoyed fishing, gardening, and canning vegetables and loved animals and competitive gaming.

In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by his daughter, Sage Michal Schlegel; partner, Diana Marzari; brother, John R. Schlegel (Carly); niece, Guinevere; nephew, Lincoln; grandmother, Joan Carpenter (Dundore); and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Augustine Schlegel and Kathryn (Frick); and grandfather, Sterling “Starky” Carpenter.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Zion United Methodist Church of Iona, 1920 S. 5th Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will follow at Cornwall Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Adam’s name can be made to Zion United Methodist Church of Iona at the above address. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
