Alice G. Thomsen, 73, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, surrounded by her loving best friends.

She was born on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 1950, to the late Raymond E. Thomsen and Laura Annabel Thomsen nee Hollis in Union City, New Jersey.

Alice obtained her Bachelor of Science degree and worked as an Industrial Chemist until her retirement. She loved to quilt and cross-stitch and worked as an editor for her community’s newsletter. Alice loved to travel as well and recently took a trip to Canada.

She is survived by her sisters, Jeanne Fines, and spouse, Danny Fines, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Marie Mahoney, and spouse, Larry Mahoney, of Kansas City, Missouri; niece, Kimberly Fines; nephew, David Fines; four great-nieces; and one great-nephew.

She was predeceased by her brother, Kevin E. Thomsen.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
