Allen A. “Skip” Hicks, 78, of Hershey, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He is survived by his loving wife, Martha (Bonner) Hicks.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Dec. 21, 1944, he was the son of the late Allen J. and Mary Jane (Shuey) Hicks.

Skip, along with his wife, was the owner/operator of the Allen Theatre in Annville for over 23 years.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Stephanie Anne Hocker, wife of Scott, of Lebanon; a sister, Jane Morris, wife of Walter, of Palmyra; a grandson, Nicholas Hocker; a nephew, Erich Miller, husband of Natalie, of Virginia; and their son, Josef.

Interment at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family. A celebration of life for Skip is being planned for the near future.
