Allen F. Spancake, 84, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Rosalie A. (Kreider) Spancake, with whom he celebrated 55 years in marriage.

Allen was born in Lebanon on October 30, 1936, to the late Henry D. and Margaret (Ford) Spancake. He was a 1955 Lebanon High School graduate. He had been a laborer for Wilbur Chocolate in Lititz. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Cleona. Allen enjoyed camping, being outdoors, and classic cars. His greatest love in life was being a family man, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Debra O’Connor and husband William J. of Cleona, Juliann Hammer and husband Bard of Cleona, David A. Spancake and his significant other, Jennifer, of Lebanon, and his grandchildren, Megan Pratt and husband Zachary, Elizabeth O’Connor, Laura Hammer, Benjamin O’Connor, and Rachael Hocker.
A service will be held at the convenience of the family.
