Allen L. Mease, 80, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, Nov. 24, 2023, at Cedar Haven.

Born in Lebanon on Dec. 15, 1942, he was the son of the late Harvey and Martha Binkley Mease.

Allen retired from the former Lebanon Steel Foundry, where he had worked as a welder. He loved to tinker with about anything, and he especially enjoyed going to auctions and a good flea market.

He is survived by his sons, Frederick L. Mease, of Jonestown, Steven A., husband of Sherry Mease, of Lebanon, Carl R. Mease, of Palmyra, Randall E. Mease, of Lebanon, and Neil A. Mease, of Cornwall; brothers, Harrison Mease, of Alabama, and Thomas Mease, of Fredericksburg; sisters, Linda Doster, of Jonestown, Anna Kreiser, of Fontana, and Louise, of Schuylkill Co.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ray, Eddie, Charles, Elvin, and Fred Mease; and a sister, Geraldine Bohr.

In honoring Allen’s wishes, there will be no services.
