Andy D. Folsom, 31, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020.

He was born in Fort Smith, AR on Oct. 10, 1989, a son of Emit Mart Folsom, of OK, and Carrie K. Carson Brasley, of Lebanon. He was employed at Weaver’s Weatherization Co. He loved his family and animals and enjoyed listening to music and playing video games.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, is his brothers, Marty Folsom and Scott Folsom, nieces, Karalyne J. Folsom and Victoria Folsom, and a nephew, Dakota J. Folsom.

Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
