Andy J. Dzwonchyk, Jr., 40, of Jonestown, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021, near his family home.
Born in New London, CT, on October 28, 1981, he was the son of Daphne L. Hoke of Jonestown, and the late Andrew J. Dzwonchyk, Sr. Andy graduated from Northern Lebanon High School with the Class of 1999. He was self-employed as a welder fabricator.
Andy had many passions and interests, all of which have permeated his sons’ lives in every way. His love of good music, his appreciation and knowledge of nature, his train enthusiasm, and his effortless understanding of math and theories, all live on in the two lives Andy touched the most. As President of his high school class and friend to more people than could ever be tracked down, you may have a warm story or memory of Andy in your heart that you would like to share. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his partner of 20 years, Amy L. Hastings, of Jonestown, his sons Andrew J. Dzwonchyk III and Abacus D. Dzwonchyk, both of Jonestown; brothers Joseph R. Dzwonchyk, Nicholas H. Dzwonchyk and Robert H. Dzwonchyk, all of Jonestown and his sister Autumn, wife of Christian Krouse, of Lebanon.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. Please come and remember Andy with us. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with the cost of the funeral.
